During renovation it is hard to say, If it is Open or closed. One of us turned to other hotell, because it looked like construction site.

Tõepoolest on meie hotell hetkel renoveerimisel, kuid juba vähem kui kuu aja pärast saavad suuremad tööd lõpetatud ning ootame külalisi täiesti uuenenud keskkonnas. Oleme teadlikud, et ehitustööd võivad tekitada ebamugavusi, kuid anname endast parima, et need mõjutaksid teie viibimist võimalikult vähe. Soovime samuti täpsustada, et öisel ajal on hotellis tõepoolest vähem üldvalgustust, kuid hotell on siiski avatud ja tegutseb tavapäraselt. I really like this place. Friendly stuff, in the middle of the night we borrowed cellphone charger and champagne glasses, they actually had everything. You don’t have for vegan breakfast but staff was helpful again allowing me just to have a coffee and water for €3! Thank you so much!

We arrived at the hotel and my parents need to toilet. (They are seniors and cannot hold) There was no toilet available. We were suggested to go to other building's. This should not be acceptable for a 3-4 star hotel. The location was good and the employees were polite.

Please note that when we referred to using the toilet in \"another building,\" we actually meant the other wing of our hotel on the first floor, where restroom facilities are fully available. We understand how important immediate access to restrooms is, especially for senior guests, and we’re very sorry for the discomfort your parents experienced. As you mentioned, certain facilities were temporarily unavailable due to ongoing renovation works. We are working hard to improve the hotel environment and amenities for all our guests.
