I checked in at 10 PM—exhausted—but was served by a very friendly and efficient receptionist. The breakfast spread was extensive and impressive for a 4-star hotel, featuring options like steamboat, dim sum, and more; the food itself was quite tasty. The outdoor parking area was spacious and well-lit. I also want to thank Mr. Hari Gunawan and Mr. Nugroho for accommodating my room request, even though occupancy was nearly full at the time.

Stayed in December 2024, first time. Really impressed with the building and room design — modern, clean, nothing feels cheap or overdone. Even the standard room was well laid out, nothing missing, still looks good. For Madiun this is a big step up. One issue was hallway noise in the morning — the long corridor carries a lot of sound, breakfast crowd and elevator traffic woke me up earlier than I wanted. Came back in 2026 and honestly didn't expect much to change. But the team upgraded me to the suite without me even bringing it up. Parking, luggage, checkout — all smooth, no waiting, no hassle. That's rare. Will keep coming back.
