Two nights spent in the Ibis, everything and everyone was great as always. It is so good to have a breakfast cooked individually for you rather than it be sitting out in a heater for ages. This in only one of the things we love about Ibis so please never change it.

Hotel and the restaurant staff very nice. Food for our evening meal. Very nice. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Wife's was overcooked and the egg undercooked.....As members this was our 10th visit to an Accor hotel. Their membership is not very good as it only suits business customers. Otherwise your points are wiped at the end of the yr. My wife had been a bit unwell overnight. Asked about a late checkout. £30 FOR A MEMBER......We are in our seventies and felt a bit let down....Plus we couldn't shower before we left as shower was stuck on scalding hot.....We got a sorry. I'm sorry but that wasn't enough. We paid for breakfast and also had evening meals plus drinks. So they got a good return for an overnight stay....Facilities and room in hotel are very nice. But our visit needed match our expectations....

It is in need of decoration and you can hear the road noise. But the showers are warm and powerful, the bed is comfy and clean, the restaurant/ pub is on sight and more than suffices, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are welcoming, thoughtful and helpful. It had the best rate available on at the time of booking . Would stay again and recommend for a stop over .

Overall experiance was good room was comfortable, clean and well presented. The staff were kind and courteous, I just didn't realise that the actual hotel was based in a retail park although extremly happy that the hotel is dog freindly
