When I arrived i was offered either a ground or top floor room and was given a nice cozy top floor room where noone would br above me making noise i thought this was a super nice gesture! I also left my charger in the room after I checked out but they were able to go and get it for me so overall the service was great!

Check in was easy, guy who checked us in was pleasant. Room was clean & has everything you need for a very short stay. Used bar once, guy who served us was friendly. Didn't use restaurant this time but have in the past, food usually good. Close to local attraction areas. Would be nice to see night guy, who we have had same from in the past, be more approachable. Spoke to him briefly on way past reception twice & he ignored us!
