I believe I was in room 005. On a Saturday night. I was woken up so many times by people talking basically outside my front door. The room's location is awful. The room it itself was great! The room was very nice. The restaurant was fantastic. The staff was fantastic. But the location of the room, awful!

Good location. Despite being by a road, it’s quiet especially car park side, good double glazing. Always appreciate comfortable beds, nice quality bed linen, pillows and towels. Breakfast is nice, calm, not messy. As weather turned we were a little cold and the heating didn’t seem to be very effective ( perhaps it wasn’t switched on fully early Sept?) . Overall, it’s a Hotel of reliable decent quality, a go-to for regular visits to NI.

This hotel is really conveniently located in a shopping centre with everything you could possibly need! The staff member on the front desk was really friendly and helpful and the building itself was clean, stylish and well-maintained. I was delighted with my room, which was very spacious and immaculately prepared. It was equipped with television, tea and coffee making facilities and very comfortable beds. I have no hesitation in recommending it and have booked it for my next few business trips in the area.
