I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—it offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. What stood out most was the excellent service and hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with went out of their way to make sure I felt at home. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had an amazing stay in Mercure Kathmandu. View is exceptional from the top. Check-in was super quick. Chef made a special grilled chicken for me on breakfast. Staff were impeccably groomed and presented themselves with great professionalism.

I had a good 6-night stay at Mercure Kathmandu Sukedhara Heights. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive. Special thanks to Paras, Aishing and Amir for their exceptional service. The staff always welcome with smile and good gesture. The hotel’s rooftop swimming pool was perfect for relaxing with a view—and the gym was equipped with basic equipment's and clean. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!
