Experience was not good as it was a five star. We stayed in 4 star hotel in Kathmandu however your service is poorer than them. *Very small reception, staff always running *Dinning and reception in same Place, welcoming guest seating in dinning, such a horrible situation. * bathroom is clean, but after shower the water came to the front door floor. *we found flies on the chicken sausage however it could be by unfortunately. I strongly recommended to improve your service plz.
