The hotel is just perfect when it comes to facilities, service, and the food & beverage quality. I probably had the best chicken curry of my life. The service is attentive and the facilities are amazing for the price you pay. Upon leaving at 6am I was given packed breakfast which tasted great - chicken mayo sandwich - and offered a coffee while waiting for my car. I really loved that they employ a mute and deaf person who was fantastic and very involved with guests. I can certainly get behind this DEI hire! I also enjoyed the massage and facial in the spa after a 10 days climbing.

The employees at this hotel make this a 5* experience. Especially: Govinda Mainali; Rohit; Laxmi; Amir. We stayed in the suite (separate living room) since we had 4 days in Kathmandu and needed the extra room. It was perfect.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but the service is very slow. It feels like they are always understaffed. The food is average, and I actually found contaminated food twice. I reported it the first time, but didn't bother the second time because it felt like nothing would change. The rooms have bugs and mosquitoes. The air conditioning doesn't reach the whole room, and since there is poor ventilation, it feels suffocating. The swimming pool is also quite scary because it isn't fully fenced, which doesn't meet safety standards. Between the room quality, the food, and the slow service, this feels more like a basic guest house than a hotel. If you have the budget for this place, I suggest looking for other options. You can find much better value elsewhere.
