I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.The food was delicious, the location is very convenient, and the view from the room was beautiful, making the overall experience very enjoyable. As a Gold member of Accor, I truly felt valued throughout my stay. I would also like to give a mention to Mr. Paras from the Front Office for his excellent service and warm hospitality. His professionalism and helpful attitude made my stay even more memorable. I look forward to visiting again.

I stayed at Mercure Kathmandu Sukedhara Heights as an Accor Gold and Accor Plus member. Unfortunately, several benefits and facilities were not available during my stay. The bar was closed due to the election period, so it was not possible to use the welcome drink benefit. In addition, although the hotel mentions several dining options, only one restaurant was actually open. roof top bar was closed. I completely understand that local regulations during the election period may affect some services. However, it would have been appreciated if guests had been informed in advance or if alternative arrangements had been offered. Another disappointing experience happened during breakfast. My room includes breakfast, but the staff did not allow me to bring a simple cup noodle to the breakfast area just to add hot water. While I understand there may be policies regarding outside food, the approach felt unnecessarily strict and not very guest-friendly. As a loyal Accor member, this stay felt below the usual Accor standard, which was quite disappointing.

We were allocated a room on the 8th floor with city view by a female staff member but then a male staff who thought he was smart made some changes and we were given a room on the 7th floor with no view instead. After finding out, we asked them to change rooms and again they thought they were smart and lied that there's no city view rooms on the 8th or even 7th floor and showed us 6th floor rooms instead, even though we saw empty ones on the 7th floor ourselves. The room was missing a bathrobe, the shampoo conditioner and lotion bottles were completely empty and the tea coffee options underwhelming for that price range. The housekeeping staff flat out ignored our requests and we had to ask 4 times. A place with great potential ruined by some racist dumb incompetents who overestimate their smartness.

We stayed here after a rigorous 8-day trekking to Annapurna Base Camp she Mardi Himal and it was the best rest one could ask for. Wish we had stayed for more than one night. Paras was really accommodating and made sure that our stay remain as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much!
