We had a truly wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Agra! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special and memorable. We were given a lovely room with an incredible view of the Taj Mahal right from our window, which made our stay in Agra even more magical. What really touched us was how the staff helped make my husband’s birthday so special. They beautifully decorated our room for the celebration, and during dinner at the restaurant, they surprised him with a special birthday dessert and gathered together to sing Happy Birthday. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! 🥹🎂 We sincerely appreciate the kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail shown by the entire staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. These personal touches are what turn a good hotel stay into a wonderful memory. Tip: Please allow your hotel to organise a pick up service at the airport. When I first landed at Agra and got dropped off by the bus outside the airport I had a bad impression of Agra as I was approached by scammers. Got to the hotel, the hotel staff spoken English very well and I felt that I'll be taken care of, they asked about my itinerary and helped organise I tour guide for Taj Mahal and a driver to drive us around Agra. The food were delicious and staff were all very hygienic, wearing hair nets and everything. I was able to try a bit of everything of Indian food and staff checks in on us to make sure we are enjoying our time here and food is to our expectations

Rooms can be improved they are looking very old now.breakfast was awesome and variety was too much.

We loved our stay in hotel. After long day in Agra the hotel offered calm and comfortable rooms, tasty food, rooftop pool to cool down. We would definitely stay again and suggest this hotel to anybody.
