Have requested for invoice from checkout, still waiting after 3 reminders. Only hotel I have stayed in my lifetime without any welcome email as a platinum member.

We were two couples, I was hosting a couple from out of town there. Unfortunately, the other couple could not make it because of ongoing Airline hassle, I asked if the other room could be refunded for 2 nights or even 1 night. But unfortunately, my request did not get any response, not a denial nor acceptance. Just ignored
