We stayed here Saturday and Sunday nights. Loud music on Saturday night woke us up. I also realised that this hotel receives big tour groups and holds many local functions . It’s noisy, crowded and not at all a pleasant stay. Bathroom had cigarette smoke smell which filtered to the bedroom. Check in was good and staff were pleasant. As it was crowded during breakfast time, service was ordinary.

Reception is all ablaze with Sohail, Jahnvi and Chaitanya who are proactive in ensuring your comfort and convenience always and everytime. Kudos to the front desk for maintaining a smiling face through the day despite winter rush and continuous check in and check out of guests, but none is made to wait and definitely no complain. Keep up the pace, your welcome and goodbye has the most lasting effect.

From Checkin to check out, an excellent experience as a tourist to Agra. Food, beverage, culinary and front office teams were excellent. The hotel team although stretched, gave us an exceptional service experience. During checkout we didn’t get porter assistance to the room but wasn’t a big issue.
