Experience was fine although I stayed in room 408 and there were many scratches on wall paper and in some places wall paper was rotten. It diluted the 5 star image of Mercure in my mind. Breakfast was amazing however the dinner was totally made as per foreigner’s taste (less spicy) that could be a part of business policy to concentrate on foreigners first.

We stayed at Grand Mercure Agra for 1 night. We had a wonderful experience here. The staff is kind, genuine and competent. Their spa services were good. I found this to be one of the few 5-star hotels that actually care about their guests' well-being. We had no complaints and suggested some constructive feedback for improvement and they really appreciated it.
