Reception is all ablaze with Sohail, Jahnvi and Chaitanya who are proactive in ensuring your comfort and convenience always and everytime. Kudos to the front desk for maintaining a smiling face through the day despite winter rush and continuous check in and check out of guests, but none is made to wait and definitely no complain. Keep up the pace, your welcome and goodbye has the most lasting effect.

From Checkin to check out, an excellent experience as a tourist to Agra. Food, beverage, culinary and front office teams were excellent. The hotel team although stretched, gave us an exceptional service experience. During checkout we didn’t get porter assistance to the room but wasn’t a big issue.

Enjoyed my family stay at Grand Mercure Agra. The food was excellent and staff was attentive. As a Platinum member, I appreciated the room upgrade and late checkout. One note: I had to request the upgrade and remind staff of my membership status. It would be better if the hotel recognized Platinum members proactively.

Check in was bad. The travel desk rep took our passports before we got to front desk Then spent 15 minutes trying to sell us tours we did not want Then just walked sera with no return of our passports or checking assistance Breakfast was worst experience ever in an Accor hotel. Food cold restaurant not clean service bad The up graded room was very nice
