A great stay for our visit to Agra. A concern about noise in the room was quickly addressed and we quickly settled in. The service at the cafe was great, special thanks to Srivanka for outstanding service that meant we didn't want to go anywhere else for dinner on both nights.

good property bad service

Hotel has good property and location, excellent food quality. however the attitude of people at desk, manager and staff is not suitable for international hotel chain. I very much doubt if its original ACCOR hotel. 1. When I tried to redeem welcome drink, I was refused to get 2 drinks per room even though I have booked 2 rooms with 2 person each 2. Then they refused to offer alcoholic drink like beer or wine. only juice or coffee was offered 3. The check out time required was more than 25 minutes 4. initial check out officer refused offer formal invoice. he was trying to give informative invoice only. I have paid full amount including GST. I don't understand reason of not giving formal invoice. 5. When I demanded for formal invoice it took 10 minutes to issue the same. 6. Mr. Bhupendra (who refused welcome drink,), Mr. Anthony and Ms. Heena were the staff people responsible for problems at check out desk. I am member of ACCR group for few years and used ACCOR hotels in different parts of the world. However, for the first time I faced problems. so I very much doubt if this is really Accor hotel or duplicate. Also I would like to know if ACCOR has changed its policies. In last month I stayed in Novotel Jakarta, Fairmont Manila, Novotel Sydney but never had these issues. I would like to know if ACCOR has changed its policies since June. This will help do decide about renewal of membership.

I recently stayed at your property for two nights and would like to share my experience. First and foremost, I was very impressed with the customer service. The staff were attentive and friendly, and I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that I hope can be addressed for future guests. The pool was not cleaned during my stay, which was quite disappointing as I had been looking forward to using it. Additionally, the dinner menu lacked variety, with the same dishes being served both nights of my stay. I believe that with a bit more attention to these areas, your hotel could offer an even better experience for guests.
