Security processing is cumbersome compared to other hotels, where the scanning of bags happens right at the entrance. Doing so at your gate and then getting back in the car/walking to the main entrance, especially when one has multiple bags is not user-friendly at all, and the biggest drawback to the use of the hotel for my program with about 25 participants. I did a recce, and that was the biggest 'minus' for me. The check-in and check-out process could use more responsiveness or more 'visible'/available stations instead of just two people helping at the reception. This could be problematic if there are many clients to serve. Otherwise, rooms were fine and had all we needed - iron, toilettries etc.
