Nice enough hotel but far from a give star property in my view: No help with bags No information about upgraded room Door lock of room 506 broken No bottle opener in room No "do not disturb" sign Shower doesn't drain No hook to use for towels after shower Complained about the above after one night and got upgraded to room 504 - again a very nice room but no bottle opener.... Also the app mentions breakfast on Sundays until 11AM but seems incorrect as most things had been removed when I arrived at 10.40AM
