However I am disappointed that each time I arrive from Joburg, there is always something wrong. This time the room was not cleaned and I reported this to the reception as I thought mistakes happen. The reception promised to brief the evening cleaning team. Upon my arrival at 11pm on Friday my room was still not cleaned. I've had to inform the reception again and an amazing lady came to assist. Although I was tired I asked her to replenish what I needed.

Pullman is an easily accessible hotel, the only inconvenience currently is the maintenance on the lifts as there is one lift working, however the staff are very good at offering solutions to reduce the time of waiting for the lifts. I do have to commend Ezra who is a porter, extremely welcoming and friendly, very service orientated.

Arrived after a very long flight with two young children. I asked for early check in; no response. Had to wait over three hours for one of our rooms, and a few more hours for the other. Put our bags in storage at the hotel and never received the tags. Staff were friendly but made a lot of promises that weren’t kept and were very slow. Upon check out i showed the desk staff that I had paid for the room via the Accor app but I was told that the hotel has no link to Accor or its account’s and I had to pay for the room again. Overall the experience was not great. Chaotic, not very well suited for a family. Would not stay here again.

I had a horrible stay at the Pullman Cape Town. The stay were not friendly. When I arrived with my Grab, the many men in black suites didn’t even bother to help me with my bags until I asked them if there would or should I take it myself. I usually remember names for good service. I really am disappointed because I stay at Pullmans all over the world but if they’re not able to uphold their brand DNA I will 100% never stay there again!
