Mövenpick Resort and Spa Fruske Terme 4 stars

We had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Fruške Terme and truly enjoyed the hotel, its facilities, and the overall atmosphere. However, there is one aspect that we believe could be improved. We fully understand that this is a family-oriented hotel and that children are welcome guests. We also appreciate that there are dedicated areas designed specifically for them. However, we noticed that in the indoor pool area, directly in front of the lifeguard station, there is a jacuzzi section and a circular water-current area. When the current is activated, a large number of children gather there, making it difficult for other guests to use the attraction as intended. In addition, many children dive underwater and suddenly surface from different directions, creating a safety concern, as it is often impossible to see them beneath the water. This increases the risk of accidental collisions. We also experienced situations where children hit us with inflatable rings, floaties, and similar pool toys brought into this area. On one occasion, a parent accidentally pushed me toward the strong water-current outlet while chasing their child around the circular section. While we understand that children will naturally be playful, we believe that this particular area requires clearer supervision and enforcement of pool etiquette rules. In our opinion, children should not be allowed to dive in this section, and the use of inflatables and similar aids should be restricted there. We also believe that lifeguards should intervene when necessary to ensure that all guests can enjoy the facility safely and comfortably. Apart from this issue, our overall experience was excellent, and we would gladly recommend the hotel. We share this feedback simply because we believe this small improvement would make the experience even better for everyone.

Overall expirience is good, but First immpressions are really bad. I'll start with bad: First of all, hotel didnt send me Any informations or instructions, after I made a reservation... I just had an automatic reply from reservation service at the moment of reservation, and thats all. Second: Welcome at the reception have really a LOT of space for improvements, especially considering this is high rated, 4 star hotel: 1. No one helped us with suitcases, they didnt offered us to take suitcases to our rooms 2. We had to park to Garage (which is 300 m far, and to come back to reception desk by foot, with lots of stairs, on 30 C). After I came back from Garage, I asked why I couldt have parking space in front of a hotel, considering Garage is really far away, and there are free parking spaces in the front? They answerd that It's parking with additional payments. Jet, NO one explained or asked if I want it... 3. We had to wait too long for everything, for taking our documents, filling the forms. We came to hotel around 12:20 PM, and around 13:00 PM finished with paperwork and parking. (really too long). We finally got our room keys at 14:10 PM. (Check i is from 14:00 PM, but usualy i this type of hotels, It's earlier, especialy that It's not high season, and it was sunday.) 4. There are no drink or food service around the pools, everything is available, but as a self service, and we would apriciate if someone could bring us drink and food to our chairs. Good parts: Fantastic pools and Spa facilities. Warm water in pools Comfy beds Good sound isolation i rooms Free mini bar and coffee, tea... Fantastic food for breakfast and dinner too.
