Pros: delicious food, very comfortable beds, daily minibar restocking, prompt cleaning. Cons: 1) lack of flexibility with check-in. We arrived at 1:50 PM with a child and were asked to wait until 2:00 PM because check-in starts at that time.

Regarding check-in, we would like to clarify that our official check-in time is from 2:00 PM, as clearly stated in our policy. Unfortunately, the room was not ready before that time, and we therefore could not accommodate an earlier check-in, even though the arrival was only 10 minutes prior. We always do our best to offer early check-in when availability allows, but during high occupancy this is not always possible. Staff kind. Room nice and clean. Food good. But spa center and poolls are really cold. During summer is nice but in winted is really cold. Do not recommend going if outside is not at least 30 degrees celsius.

We are sorry to learn that the temperature of the spa center and pools did not feel comfortable for you during your visit. Please note that our wellness area uses natural thermal water, with temperatures ranging from 28°C to a maximum of 32°C. These temperature ranges are consistent throughout the year and are transparently communicated across all our information channels, as well as clearly displayed within the wellness and spa center itself. As individual comfort levels may vary, we understand that the water temperature can feel cooler, particularly during the winter months. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us better understand our guests’ experiences, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
