The hotel has a very good location, right at the University Street and walking distance to Registan Square. Staff are all friendly and ready to help. Rooms are spacious, new and modern, clean and have all amenities required. Free parking, conference room available to use and nice spa centres with an indoor swimming pool (there is an indoor but not open during the winter).

When I checked in, POS machine didn't work due to network issue. After I asked more water bottles at the reception, nobody didn't bring them to my room. I had to call 0 to request again. When I used a rocker room on the basement, No.13 was broken. After I locked the rocker door, I couldn't open it. My wife went to the reception to ask for help, however, nobody didn't come. I had to address the situation by myself. The facility was really nice, and we were lucky to get upgraded room, so all in all, we are satisfied with the stay. Having said that, we found some points to be improved.
