Good stay, bust was disappointed that the spa / gamma was not functioning throughout for period of our stay. Air conditioning was lacking in efficiency during this hot summer.

A/C not working in the rooms given to us. Manager Natalia’s response was to give us a fan. A cold hearted person who should not be there. Horrible experience with her! Only nice person was Temur (front desk manager). Give him the GM job
