The hotel is excellent. Our third stay in as many years. Every part of the hotel is spotless and the staff are so welcoming. Yanni and his team are superb, especially a big mention for valentina, Inna Maria and Nicole. Reception staff are lovely from the moment you arrive to leaving, always helpful and try to accommodate any issues. We will most definitely be coming back next year as this is now our favourite place.

I’ve read the previous guest reviews, and everything they say is true – it’s brilliant. The breakfasts and service are Top!. Maybe things don’t always run smoothly at the pool bar, but that’s acceptable. A huge thank you to Ms Katarzyna, who does her very best to keep everything running smoothly! The only downside was not being able to extend my stay by two hours on the day of departure; I wanted to spend some more time on the beach before my evening flight, but the receptionist said the hotel was full – which is strange, as I could still book a room on the Accor website (how one thing can affect and ruin the whole stay), and I’d asked about it on the 3rd, 2nd and 1st day before departure and was told there wouldn’t be a problem!

While we always do our very best to accommodate late departures whenever operationally possible, these requests can only be confirmed based on room availability and housekeeping requirements on the day of departure. Although rooms may still appear available for sale online, this does not necessarily mean that a late check-out can be granted, as room allocations, arrival schedules, category availability, maintenance planning, and operational requirements must all be taken into consideration. We appreciate that this was disappointing, particularly given your evening flight. Nevertheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed so many aspects of your stay and sincerely thank you for choosing our hotel. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. Good hotel for the price however a few things I didn’t like. 1. I had to haul 2 big suitcases myself to the hotel reception, down the stairs to the elevator and to my room myself, no help. 2. The taxi I booked through the hotel didn’t arrive, the person at the reception had to call a different taxi for me to get me to the airport on time. 3. My tripod stand got stolen from the beach loungers, not the hotels fault but people shouldn’t leave their belongings unattended.

With regard to the beach area, please note that this is a public beach, and while sunbeds and hotel managed areas are maintained where applicable, personal belongings remain the responsibility of guests when left unattended. We always advise guests to keep valuables with them or seek assistance from our team for storage if needed.
