I stayed from December 3rd to 8th, 2025. The location is excellent, right on the beachfront, and the staff were very polite. I booked a SPA package and didn’t regret it — both my body and soul felt completely restored after the series of massages. My sincere thanks to Tatyana and Lyudmila for the wonderful body massages; it was truly amazing. I will definitely come back to experience it again.

All great but a/c did not work so it was white warm. Since it was last room with sea view there was not chance to exchange.

Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that during the colder months our system operates in heating mode for the comfort of all guests. This means that cooling is not available during this seasonal setting, and our team did explain this during your stay. We’re sorry if this caused any inconvenience or misunderstanding. As you mentioned, the sea-view category was fully booked at the time, so unfortunately a room change was not possible. We truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you once again for your comments.
