Our stay at the Sebel was very good. The location was perfect for our trip, near the lake and easy to get to the galleries by bike. The room we had was lovely, and with a kitchenette which was very useful for breakfasts. We also liked that there was secure parking underneath the hotel. We had a great sleep in a comfortable bed and the bathroom was nice.

Great hotel, great location. Immaculately clean hotel, that is Pet Friendly. Staff were very pleasant & helpful … from the Reception Desk to staff that cleaned our room each day. We will definitely return in the future.

Well located and good value only let down by intermittent ‘off odour/sewerage smell’ in bathroom.

Only stayed the one night to attend a sports event. Walked to Manuka oval then returned later to sleep and left early the next day. I didn’t research the hotel but was disappointed there wan no breakfast facilities.

Highly recommend this hotel, beds are comfortable, room amenities are lovely and they cater for puppies. We have travelled with a dog before and some places we have stayed, the rooms are just bearable, this hotel , the room is just lovely, and we appreciate the Nespresso coffee in the morning.
