The property is well located, which is definitely a positive point. However, the overall service experience has been disappointing and below expectations. The internet issues and the lack of responsiveness have significantly impacted my stay. It feels like a non-welcoming and dull environment. Because of this, I chose to spend the remaining four days of my stay at Hilton Yantai, where the experience was far more satisfactory.

Good expernce overall, rooms great, executive lounge superb, the only area for improvement would be to have faster check in. With no-one in the queue ahead, it still took two of us about 20 mins to check in

The property itself is ok, good location, decent breakfast, nice views, convenient for tourists and biz travellers alike. But 1) The AC is centrally controlled, ie, you don’t get to set your room temperature. We stayed 2 nights, the temperature was at 28 degree inside, while we were under down quilt. Absolutely atrocious and sweated thru the night. 2) A little bit stingy with members. Like upgrades, perks, benefits are at the bare minimum side. Like 4 apples as the welcome gift, welcome drinks from the bar are soft drinks only, one tier up for plat free upgrades. Nothing wrong with those, but leaving me some bad aftertaste. Overall, will not come back and will not recommend to anyone.
