Good expernce overall, rooms great, executive lounge superb, the only area for improvement would be to have faster check in. With no-one in the queue ahead, it still took two of us about 20 mins to check in

The property itself is ok, good location, decent breakfast, nice views, convenient for tourists and biz travellers alike. But 1) The AC is centrally controlled, ie, you don’t get to set your room temperature. We stayed 2 nights, the temperature was at 28 degree inside, while we were under down quilt. Absolutely atrocious and sweated thru the night. 2) A little bit stingy with members. Like upgrades, perks, benefits are at the bare minimum side. Like 4 apples as the welcome gift, welcome drinks from the bar are soft drinks only, one tier up for plat free upgrades. Nothing wrong with those, but leaving me some bad aftertaste. Overall, will not come back and will not recommend to anyone.

The cleaning staff deserve serious commendation. The front desk receptionists need improvement. Both in terms of professionalism and attitude, they should possess the qualities of professional personnel.

The location was excellent but the experience was poor. There was a lot of smoking. The tub drain did not stay plugged. It was not what I expected of a Pullman hotel. The bed was very comfortable.

We take the issues you raised very seriously. Regarding the smoking incidents in the hotel, this is indeed a violation of our smoking control regulations. We have immediately notified the Security Department and Housekeeping Department to strengthen patrols in public areas, promptly dissuade any smoking violations, and further improve the placement of smoking control signs to create a fresh and comfortable accommodation environment for all guests. We are truly sorry for the issue that the bathtub drain could not stay plugged properly. This was an oversight in our guest room facilities inspection process. We have immediately arranged for the Engineering Department to conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the drainage facilities in all guest rooms to prevent such incidents from happening again. We are sincerely pleased to see that you were satisfied with the comfort of the bed. This has always been our original intention—to strive to create a high-quality sleeping experience for our guests. Pullman has always been committed to providing high-quality services and accommodation experiences. We sincerely apologize again for the unpleasant feelings caused by our shortcomings this time.
