While I am pleased to know that you found your room clean and enjoyed several aspects of the hotel, I am truly sorry that the construction activity nearby had such a significant impact on your overall experience. I can certainly understand how frustrating it must have been to experience noise late into the night and feel unable to fully enjoy your room or the views during your stay. A restful and comfortable environment is something every guest should expect, and I regret that this was not the experience you had with us. Reading your comments, I completely understand why the inconsistencies in communication left you feeling that some aspects of the operation were not yet fully aligned. In particular, I would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding your late check-out arrangement. While the extension had been approved, an internal communication gap between our teams resulted in conflicting information being shared with you the following day. I fully understand how inconvenient and frustrating this must have been, especially when the arrangement had already been confirmed. Providing a seamless experience should be our responsibility, and I regret that we fell short on this occasion. As a newly opened hotel, we continue to refine our communication processes and service delivery, and feedback such as yours is invaluable in helping us identify where improvements are needed most.
