하노이를 방문하는데 신규호텔이 생겨 꼭 한번 방문해보고 싶어서 1박하였고, SNU 를 사용하여 쾌적한 룸에 숙박할 수 있었습니다. bath house는 구경만 하였으나 아직 이용객이 많지 않은듯하고 사우나시설은 좋았습니다. 실외수영장은 코지하고 좋으나 평일에 풀바는 2시이후 오픈이라 좀 당황스러웠습니다. 또한 썬배드에 주문을 위한 QR이 있다면 풀바까지 갈필요없어 편리해질것같습니다.

이번에 새롭게 오픈했다고 해서 다녀왔습니다. 1. 하노이는 처음인데 페어몬트 호텔에서 가볍게 걸어서 조금만 나가면 바로 호암끼엔호수가 있었습니다. 위치 너무 좋습니다. 2. 룸컨디션은 모든것이 다 좋은데 아직 새건물인듯한 냄새가 배여있습니다. 3. 직원들 모두 친절합니다. 가벼운 스몰토크도 걸어주시고 웃는얼굴로 기분좋게 응대해주셨습니다. 4. 아직 초기라 그런지 시스템상의 어수선함은 있습니다. 특히 조식 먹을때 뷔페이용 + 메뉴판에 메뉴 이용이 가능한 부분등에 대한 설명을 해주시는데 서로 영어를 사용하다보니 의사 전달에 어려움이 조금씩 있는데 반해 다른 호텔들과는 다른 시스템에 어려울 수 있겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 제 경우에는 미리 후기를 남기신 분들 덕분에 쉽게 이해할 수 있었지만 호텔 자체의 시스템상은 번거러운 시스템이 좀 보였습니다. 5. 페어몬트 숙박은 처음이었는데 제가 모르는것인지 모르겠지만 호텔 이용의 설명 종이가 따로 없었고 (친환경경영이라 그런가요?) 숙소내 티비를 통한 호텔 설명도 그닥 자세히 나와있지는 않았습니다. 그외는 직원분들도 친절하고 식사시에 먹던 축가 메뉴의 질, 그리고 특히 시루아바스 만족도는 최상으로 높았습니다. 다시 하노이에 간다면 방문하고 싶습니다.
