오픈한지 얼마 안되어 깨끗하고 시설이 좋았습니다. 하지만 아직 체계적이지 못한지 요청사항이 제대로 전달되지 않아서 불편한점이 있었습니다.

Reading your comments, I completely understand why the inconsistencies in communication left you feeling that some aspects of the operation were not yet fully aligned. In particular, I would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding your late check-out arrangement. While the extension had been approved, an internal communication gap between our teams resulted in conflicting information being shared with you the following day. I fully understand how inconvenient and frustrating this must have been, especially when the arrangement had already been confirmed. 친절로 응대해 주심이 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았구요. 다만 아직도 공사 소음이 있다는게 좀 아쉽네요. 아침에 푹 자고 싶었는데 드릴 소리에 잠을 깼습니다. 공사 말고는 만족스러웠습니다.

하노이를 방문하는데 신규호텔이 생겨 꼭 한번 방문해보고 싶어서 1박하였고, SNU 를 사용하여 쾌적한 룸에 숙박할 수 있었습니다. bath house는 구경만 하였으나 아직 이용객이 많지 않은듯하고 사우나시설은 좋았습니다. 실외수영장은 코지하고 좋으나 평일에 풀바는 2시이후 오픈이라 좀 당황스러웠습니다. 또한 썬배드에 주문을 위한 QR이 있다면 풀바까지 갈필요없어 편리해질것같습니다.
