레스토랑 서비스개선 필요 1. 웰컴드링크 와인 요청했으나 와인은 웰컴드링크에서 빼고 탄산수로 교체. 화장실 다녀오는 사이 일행이 탄산수도 공짜로 준다해서 감사히 마셨으나 와인 비용처리 되어있음. 처음 주문받던 웨이터가 변경되어 의사소통 차질 있던건지 내용은 모르나 굉장히 불쾌했음. 2. 식전빵 제공안됨. 비즈니스세트로 주문, 에피타이저 받기전 아무것도 없이 탄산수만 마심. 11:30쯤 도착하여 주변에 아무도 없어 원래 제공 안되는줄 알았으나 나머지 테이블은 제공됨. 기분 좋은 자리에서 빵쪼가리로 큰소리 내기 싫어 그냥먹고 나옴. 3. 스테이크 품질불량. 비즈니스세트 메인디쉬 1번 주문, 근막제거 불량, 굽기상태 불량, 나이프로 써는데 근막 다 씹히면서 제대로 썰리지도 않음. 하나는 중간에 심줄이 너무커서 먹을수 있는 상태가 아니라 디시변경, 변경까지 20분 이상 소요되어 흐름도 끊기고 역대급 불쾌한 경험이었음. 결론: 레스토랑 서비스 최악. 룸서비스 수준 보통, 시설 노후화되어 다른 아코르 계열사 대비 경쟁력 떨어져보임. 서비스품질 경쟁력을 올려야할 필요있음
