Very good hotel. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the pool. The staff were very helpful. In a good location but a bit far from the old quarters. Nice roof top restaurants with city view. Good value for your money. Recommend!!

제가 처음에 오토바이를 타고 방문했을 때 카드를 받아야 하는 줄 몰랐습니다. 카드를 받지 않고 내려왔습니다. 이후 경비원이 와서 고압적인 태도와 큰소리로 어딜 가느냐고 물었고 나는 호텔에 간다고 답변했습니다. 이후 경비원은 카드를 주고 돌아갔으며, 나는 오토바이를 주차 한 뒤 주차장 옆 책상에 앉아 있는 또 다른 경비원에게 베트남어로 호텔에 가려면 어떻게 해야 하냐고 물으니 경비원은 알아 듣기 어려운 말투로 걸어서 올라가라고 말했습니다. 나는 엘레베이터가 어디있는지 2번이나 물었고 그는 화물 엘레베이터를 가르쳐 주었습니다. (나는 체크아웃을 하며 고객용 엘레베이터가 있다는것을 알았습니다.) 화물 엘레베이터는 매우매우 느리고 답답했으며 약 5분 정도 기다렸다가 탑승할 수 있었습니다. 만약 처음부터 고객용 엘레베이터로 안내해줬거나, 나를 데려다 주었다면 나는 호텔에 대한 인상이 지금보다 훨씬 좋았을 것이라고 생각합니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 좋은 침구류를 사용하고 있었습니다. 다만 첫인상이 경비원들로 인해 매우 좋지 않은 것은 유감입니다. When I first arrived by motorbike, I was not aware that I needed to receive a card, so I came down without one. A security guard then approached me and asked where I was going. Although his tone felt quite strong, I explained that I was going to the hotel, and he gave me the card afterward. After parking my motorbike, I asked another security guard near the parking area how to get to the hotel. His explanation was a bit difficult to understand, and I was told to walk up. I asked twice about the elevator, and I was guided to the service elevator instead. Later, during check-out, I learned that there is a guest elevator available. The service elevator was very slow, and I had to wait around five minutes before being able to use it. If I had been directed to the guest elevator from the beginning, or if someone had kindly guided me, my first impression of the hotel would have been much better. The hotel itself is clean and has comfortable, good-quality bedding. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but it is unfortunate that my first impression was negatively affected by the experience with the security staff.
