Staff at this hotel were very helpful during my trip here, particular mention to Minh and Ly receptionists. The Mercure hotel is clean and staff were very accommodating during my trip here. Pleasant experience.

Very nice people. Confortable room. Good service and food variety. The location is also very good. You feel in a familiar context. It is easy to visit the main atractions of the city. It is very safe and charming.

Stayed here 2 nights on a business trip to Hanoi. The room and bathroom is well maintained and quite comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread with excellent service by staff like Thanh. Will definitely stay here again if I need to visit Hanoi.

Stayed twice at this hotel in the last 2 weeks. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Only minus is to be limited as Accor platinum guest to only a few drinks and no cocktails. Were upgraded each time to larger room. The room is very comfortable, bath tub was great and good tv program. Will come back

Easy check in with a very friendly front desk. Although the room was on the smaller side, it had a great bed, a desk with electrical outlets, good lighting, a TV with about 50 channels, mostly in English, a small fridge (minibar). Bedside tables were fairly small but had electrical outlets. Everything very clean and neat. Very quiet room. The bathroom had a great shower, excellent towels and plenty of amenities. The bathroom also very clean and neat. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants, parks and sights. Nice inviting restaurant. The breakfast items are very varied and cover all possible options. The staff very friendly and attentive.
