Extremely Poor Staff

1. Room was not cleaned at the time of check in. 2. Basic amenities like water was also not present in the room. 3. Staff was totally rude and lacks basic courtesy towards guest. 4. Food quality was poor, limited and tasteless. 5. No extra effort by the staff for the guest in terms of food, restaurant, amenities. 6. Asked for the bill at the check out counter, the counter person as well as the lady manager denied giving bill of the stay stating booking was done through other site. Basic manners and courtesy was lacking at all the interaction with hotel staff. 7. Extremely poor experience of stay.

Convenient location, excellent stay

I stayed for 2 nights at novotel jodhpur. It is not far from airport, rooms are clean with all basic amenities. Food was delicious and delivered on time. Staff is professional, and friendly. I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay.

Huge price difference between when we booked and what the pricing was that day. Almost 3x more. The rooms are not worth 30,000 a night

You can read my Booking.com review. Only thing I noticed is the labour exploitation which is quite evident in your property. I hope you dont continue such practices and keep within the legal framework of working time law. Also , if you can , try to test the sound insulation of your rooms. Near to the room 618 there is a warehouse / rest area for housekeeping staff or helpers and I could hear them come and go clearly.
