As always, Novotel JDH staff from the front desk to restaurant and house keeping were all respectful and very welcoming. We had a great experience. I would like to mention few names, Nikita ( front desk), Daman, Nikita ( Restaurant ), Lovepreet, Tabassum, Pooja and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food is good . Heating and cooling system not working Towels and mats were dirty
