We truly appreciate your honesty and are grateful that you highlighted the warmth, humility, and accommodating nature of our team — this means a great deal to us. At the same time, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The issues you mentioned regarding the room water heater and the water receding into the room during rain are certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold. Please rest assured that these concerns have been shared with our Engineering team for immediate review and corrective action. I am also sorry to learn that the New Year’s Eve package did not fully meet your expectations, particularly in regard to the house beverage selection.
