My mother enjoyed every part of the journey — from the peaceful boat ride, horseback and camel riding, holding the eagle, to relaxing under the tent and soaking in the traditional atmosphere. Dinner was very good, and ending the night with a campfire was something truly special. We had meaningful conversations and genuinely enjoyed the calm, intimate setting. The next day, my mother couldn’t stop talking about the spa experience — especially the facial and sound healing massage, which she absolutely loved. While she was at the spa, I enjoyed a beach run, the gym, sauna, and steam room — all excellent and well maintained. Overall, it was a beautiful mother-and-son experience, and one we’ll always remember. Thank you to Muneera, James, and the entire Hawar Resort team for making it so special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, unique, and memorable getaway.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Hawar Resort for the warm welcome and the high level of professionalism throughout our stay. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, from the reception team to the restaurant staff and the drivers. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to Bilal and Shemsi for their outstanding service. I wish I could thank everyone by name, but unfortunately I do not know all of them. Thank you all for a wonderful experience — highly recommended, and we would definitely visit again.

It was not a love at 1st sight - a few things happened even before we arrived and until we got into our room. However, Hawar's Front Office Manager - Nikita turned the whole experience into an unforgettable one. She took care of our needs and made us feel that we were heard. She listened to our feedback attentively . We are definitely coming back to your resort, this time with our family and Nikita is the reason why we are coming back; otherwise, it would have been the 1st and the last time. Thank you Nikita and the rest of your team!

-Compared to my experience during the property’s opening period, this stay was quite average and disappointing. -The staff approach felt unwelcoming throughout the stay. -I was staying with my parents who are above 60 years of age, and the manner in which we were treated was poor and inconsiderate. -In the villa, we had to wait almost one hour to receive basic dining items such as plates and spoons. -After breakfast, I personally checked with the reception regarding a late checkout, which was approved as a special request and I heard the staff went to Nikita only to confirm. -Based on this confirmation, the family continued to enjoy the hotel facilities. -However, at around 12:20 PM, I received a call from Nikita stating that there was a miscommunication and that our checkout time was actually 1:00 PM. -The situation was beyond my control, yet there was no courtesy, flexibility, or apology offered. -The conversation was handled in a very rigid and insensitive manner, with repeated insistence and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. -Within 40 minutes, six of us had to rush back from the beach and swimming pool, without any assistance or packaging support. -At exactly 1:00 PM, multiple staff members arrived at our villa along with a buggy, knocking at the door to enforce checkout. -Unfortunately, no one was available or willing to listen to our concerns, reflecting poor service quality and lack of guest empathy. -I wish the same urgency shown at checkout had been applied when we requested basic amenities the previous day. -As a hotelier myself, I fully understand peak periods; however, as a paying guest, my expectation was to enjoy a relaxed one-night family stay, not a stressful experience. -The overall experience this time was far below the standards I experienced during the opening phase, when room amenities and service levels were significantly better. Advice / Feedback -The property is well-maintained and has strong potential, but the quality, training, and attitude of staff make a significant difference. -A small gesture, such as a sincere apology, better communication, or proactive service, could have greatly improved the guest experience.
