First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize that your anniversary celebration did not turn out to be the memorable experience you had hoped for. We understand how important this occasion was, and we are truly sorry that we fell short of your expectations. I appreciate you highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of your stay. It is encouraging to know that you enjoyed the beauty of Hawar Island and your villa, and I am especially grateful for your kind recognition of Ahmed. At the same time, I am very sorry for the delays during your arrival, the lack of clear communication regarding activities, the condition of the bicycles, the air conditioning issue, the confusion about the bar promotion and dining options, and the lack of recognition for your anniversary. We regret that we were unable to provide a timely update regarding your request during your stay.
