Overall the resort was amazing and the grounds are stunning. As it is new there is some adjusting to do but this will solve with time. The facilities and staff are wonderful and everyone is always smiling.

Good customer service Amazing staff Great room Amazing hospitality Amazing price to service package ratio Area of improvment : - too much hot lobby in the departure port and main hotel - breakfast food was good but the yogurt and chia seeds were not very good to the expected standard. Felt like some food did not have much effort in cooking especially the red cannes beans. Aseeda usully comes topped with eggs and not greens. Luqaimat as well haf a green leaf on top, this messes with the overall experience of the traditional food especially if it was offered for a foreigner. The kebab was too oily and tasteless seemed not fresh and reheated. The pots of creams hummus and mutaba was the best. Cheese platter was nice too. Puffs and pastries were good too. I work mainly as a quality assurance coordinator for luxury automotive industry as well as other CX luxury industries, if you require any assistance please contact me
