Complained to the staff and they orderd the labour to stop and after 1 hour they resumed again worse than before

The physical product, particularly the two-bedroom beach villa, is strong. However, service delivery does not align with the price point / expected standards. operational execution / hospitality, particularly during peak demand, requires improvement to align with expected luxury service standards.
