Regarding the bicycles, they are available across the island for all guests to use; however, at times they may be fully occupied due to high usage by in-house guests, and we sincerely apologize if this caused any inconvenience. Concerning our boat transportation, we work with a trusted third-party service that follows standard schedules for check-in and check-out, which can sometimes be affected by weather conditions.
