Very poor information was provided during check-in. The room was not ready, and there was no guidance regarding the boat boarding process, which resulted in us missing the first boat. This led to a frustrating and disappointing start to our stay. The check-in process and boat boarding instructions clearly need improvement. We sincerely hope that the room will be ready upon our arrival at Hawar - we are currently on the ferry boat. Unfortunately, the room was not properly prepared to accommodate three guests, despite our reservation clearly being for three people. Upon arrival, we had to request additional towels, a bathrobe, and cups for the third guest, which should have been provided as standard. In addition, there were dirty dishes left outside our front door, and we had to make several phone calls before housekeeping attended to this issue. The outdoor setup is also inadequate for a room booked for three guests. There are only two sunbeds and two deck chairs, with no dining table available. We have requested an additional sunbed/chair, but we are still awaiting this to be resolved. While the resort’s location and facilities are undeniably beautiful, the level of service we have experienced so far has been disappointing and does not align with the standards expected of a 5-star resort. In addition, we were informed that bicycles would be available for guests; however, there are not enough bikes, and the few we managed to find were not mechanically sound and felt unsafe to use. Furthermore, no helmets are being provided, which raises serious safety concerns. As a result, we have had to rely continuously on the buggies to move around the resort. The frequent waiting times are very frustrating and significantly impact the guest experience. Even when available, the bicycles themselves are not of an acceptable standard. Finally, we requested for the fire pit to be lit at around 9:00 pm, but we have not received a clear answer as to when or how this would be arranged. Fortunately things turned around on the second day, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Resort Duty General Manager for accommodating our requests — especially arranging the fire pit — and for allowing a late 6:00 PM check-out. This gesture made a lasting impression and contributed to a truly memorable stay. Thank you for going above and beyond — it means a great deal to us. The checkin was lately did, then the room has with no tissues and no toileteries or amneties inside the bathroom, telephones are not working only one was working, when we took shower all the water came till the room, we called multiple times for maintenance of phone and then for the water cleaning . The receptionist during the incall was rude - when i was a little angry and told i need to go from here, she straight forward and told ok pay 50 and will arrange the boat. This is rude really not acceptable. Well our stay was to relax but the receptionist made us mood off for the moment.

Front office specially Mohammed they are professional , my suggestion need to have direct number for your departments in land phone , as need to call front office if you have requested to room service or HK or any we’re Food need to improve a lot compared with price and test and value and variety’s , we stay for 9 days from 25 dec to 2 Jan , you need to look and quick action for food Service they are excellent with big thanks to andrian for his professionalism Was excellent service and this the only day we enjoyed for food next day we went to sea food restaurant soup was very cold we asked 3 time to change but was same very very cold ( seafood soup) , other food items was left over from the new year with this price I thought it will be much better as same I was disappointed and surprised , I invited my friend 9 persons and felt disappointed again Hk they are good , just need to be more fast for some requests If you’re member of Accor as I’m platinum I did see or treat what is mentioned as platinum members policy No welcome drink no upgrade no room amenities no late check out no fast internet no any discounts We booked villa over water and after 2 day need to move to other room with down great they charged us same price we informed the reservation but unfortunately no any response I felt they are using us but it was family vacation I didn’t need to spoiled my day with my family but it was unprofessional how to handle They need more training, as I called them 3 time to asked why no one get back to me , if go back to check as I believe all this records The entertainment Yassin big thanks for his service and offer extremely very professional I will send this comment to head office of Accor If I didnt receive and clarify for above food and reservations

Very good and attentive service! Would like to mention Mahmood from reception. Very nice villa with all the confort needed. Beach was clean and the bone fire was super nice. Could improve: Quality price ratio; for the same price we have gone to Maldives.
