All services were delayed and some were unresponsive, caused us too much wasted time and even missing some activities because of waiting for the cart or reception to respond. This wasn’t the experience we expected.

I love it, the spacious rooms / apartments the view The pools , the lifeguards at the pool, the ones in the lounges all are excellent doing their jobs and beyond smiling all the time excellent with kids The dinner is also outstanding But the breakfast can be better ( can add more cheese options, more eggs dishes like egg benedict…) Also the kids club needs improvements to add more facilities for older kids and to be opened beyond 6 pm as before 6 the kids are at the pool Otherwise its perfect and definitely not will come again

The service was perfect all the staff well trained and welcoming us through the whole trip and try to serve us perfectly, the food was very delicious, facilities every where kayaking, padel courts, if there are any comments only to do more night entertainment or activities since the morning is very sunny for people to go anywhere rather than pool or beach

The place is beautiful, but the management and staff need better coordination. i lost an entire day due to a lack of non clear information about activities and services, and service delays affected the overall experience , wishing next visit will be more better
