First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize that your anniversary celebration did not turn out to be the memorable experience you had hoped for. We understand how important this occasion was, and we are truly sorry that we fell short of your expectations. I appreciate you highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of your stay. It is encouraging to know that you enjoyed the beauty of Hawar Island and your villa, and I am especially grateful for your kind recognition of Ahmed. I will personally share your comments with him, as I know they will mean a great deal to him. At the same time, I am very sorry for the delays during your arrival, the lack of clear communication regarding activities, the condition of the bicycles, the air conditioning issue, the confusion about the bar promotion and dining options, and the lack of recognition for your anniversary. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Kindly note that villa upgrades are always subject to availability and are offered with an additional charge. We regret that we were unable to provide a timely update regarding your request during your stay. Please rest assured that all of your comments have been shared with our management team and the relevant department heads for review and improvement. Dear Ms. Jawaher, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am very sorry that we let you down, especially during your anniversary stay. I understand how upsetting it was to receive the wrong celebration and then not have it fixed as promised. I also apologize for the buggy delays and the cleanliness issue with the cups.
