I already sent an email to the management about the problem that I have faced. Until now, no reply. Also food choices are limited in the resort.

Everything is beautiful but in Friday night there was no activities only move night and we didn’t like it. Even the kids club it was closed early The first night we didn’t do any activity So I suggest change the schedule activity specially in Friday because it weekend Also I suggest to be the check in more early like from 12 pm

At the same time, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the Friday night activities and the early closure of the kids’ club. Your suggestion to review the Friday schedule is very valuable, and we will take it into consideration to improve our weekend entertainment for families. Regarding early check-in and check-out, this information is shared during pre-booking and in the booking confirmation. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM from Durrat, as the boat transfer to the island takes approximately 35–40 minutes depending on weather conditions. Check-out is at 12:00 PM, with the boat departing Hawar at 1:00 PM daily. For guests requesting early check-in or late check-out outside these standard times, we do offer private boat transfers. The cost is approximately 250 BHD for an open speedboat and 500 BHD for a closed large boat. These private boats are arranged through third-party providers on a case-by-case basis, as they are not our own boats. We hope you understand this arrangement, and we continue to explore ways to improve guest convenience. It was good, all the staff were very kind and understanding, our main issue was with in the overwater villa; the pool was tooo cold even at noon time, I suggest to provide external heater, because we paid more to have a private pool so we want to use it not only watch it.

Regarding your comment about the overwater villa pool, we completely understand your concern. Please note that as the weather is changing and getting colder here at Hawar Resort, the water temperature in the private pools can feel cooler during the day. Our main hotel pool is temperature-controlled with a heater, which keeps it more comfortable, but overwater villa pools are not heated in the same way, so the water may feel cooler.
