I’m quite disappointed with my overall experience, despite the fact that the place itself is truly beautiful and has a lot of potential. We were supposed to arrive at 3 PM, but the boat departure was delayed, which affected our check-in and overall schedule. This was quite frustrating as it set the tone for the stay. In addition, our luggage was significantly delayed. It arrived around 4:30 PM, which is about an hour and a half late. What made it more frustrating is that every time we followed up, we were told “10 minutes,” yet it ended up taking much longer. Also, a glass item broke in our room, and although we informed the staff, no one came to clean it, which was inconvenient and not acceptable. The destination itself is amazing, peaceful, and definitely worth visiting, but the level of service does not match the quality of the location. I genuinely expected much better service and attention to detail. With better organization, communication, and responsiveness, this place could offer a much higher level of experience.

The place is very beautiful, it has the best sunsets in the Middle East. I also want to note minimalism in the interior on the positive side, while all the materials, fabrics, and colors are very pleasant. Personally, I didn't have enough sports activities, they were canceled for the Ramadan period, and there was no ice cream for children during the day. And perhaps a buffet would be more suitable for me than serving through waiters. With a high probability, we will definitely visit your hotel with the whole family! ❤️
