Beautiful resort in a beautiful location. Very well thought out accommodation and resort layout. Some bits till under construction but did not spoil the overall experience

My wife and I had enjoyed the experience at the overwater villa, although some unpleasant things have happened such as having to take a shower with cold water (due to a shortage of hot water supply, I have been told the the heater tank is rather small) and the pool water was also cold even though we were in a summer but still too cold for a pleasant swim. The view is absolutely beautiful, I loved the coffee corner with the refreshments in the fridge. I also liked the quick response of the car service where they show up in an instant. One of the things I truly got my nerves is the strong smell you have put at the kids club, I guess it was used over the ac which can’t be turned off easily (the employee at the kids club had to call someone to turn it off) but still I couldn’t withstand it even after more than 30 minutes. The food in both breakfast and dinner was good, but choices were limited, specially the breakfast. I only picked eggs and hush browns..! I had to say though, all employees addressed me and family with respect and kindness. Their attitude was second to none. Very big thanks to each and every one of them. We didn’t expect the “red bunny” at the front desk before we set off to Hawar island, but it was the cherry over the cake..!! Our little one had blasted laughs and smiles which had made our day.. special thanks to the guys who made the laugh of our daughter 🤍

We enjoyed every moment, our kids loved the kids and teens club! Mr. Hamad did amazing in planning our stay and arranged the booking! Overall really wonderful we definitely will come back to stay longer! Highly recommended to recommend disconnect from live duties and recharge!
