The air conditioning was a god send, slept really well, bed comfortable room lovely and clean. The only downside was the shower head very old needed changing and water soaked the bathroom floor. One lift was out of order so it took AGES to get anywhere so used the stairs when we had no suitcases

The company had taken two lots of amounts from my bank account . A day later you had also taken another amount from my credit card just under £300 pounds it has still not been resolved. However the staff are always helpful

Always clean rooms - friendly staff on arrival but it’s such a shame that some rooms the air con don’t work at all or if your lucky the air con is brilliant in some rooms

Broken lift

The stay was fine for the one night I stayed for an early flight the following morning. The hotel clean and quiet. The only problem was the lift situation. There are two lifts and one of them was not in service, which cause pretty serious congestion the following morning when guests were trying to check out and leave - most needing to get to Heathrow for flights.
