One of the best nights sleep I've had at a hotel. Bed was superb. Unfortunately wasn't at the hotel long enough to use the pool/gym or bar/restaurant. Only thing to mention was we couldn't get the shower water to a good temperature but everything else was all good.

Novotel’s really do offer great value for money. I selected this hotel because it had a pool and it was <10 mins drive from Heathrow. Clean modern hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Only reason I don’t give a 10 is because like all airport hotels they charge for parking.

Needed somewhere to stay for a legoland fireworks weekend, booked this hotel as it had a pool and good ratings. Not disappointed, everything was good. Quick check in, good room, pool, good breakfast.

On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful, however we were informed the hotel had been a quarantine hotel and not all facilities were back open. In our room, there was a nice surprise for my husbands birthday but the room was very outdated and not fully clean. I asked for housekeeping and fresh towels, the towels arrived but the housekeeping only got done 3 days into our stay after visiting the the front desk for a fourth time. The pool facilities finally opened on our third day and they were clean and tidy. Ideal for Windsor location, if heading to London, get a taxi or drive to Hayes and Harlington station…..£6.50 taxi or parking for £5.50 and head there rather than the Heathrow tube. After another chat with the front desk about our housekeeping they gave us complimentary breakfast for our departure date. We were there for 4 nights and 5 days, our hotel room was cleaned once and only after asking time and time again.

Pool was out of use and when in use for one day of our three night stay it was freezing, no water available in the gym, terrible gluten free vegetarian options (2) available in the restaurant for lunch and dinner - either rice and steamed veg or rice and daal, toilet in room blocked and took a long time to sort out, dry cleaning went missing for hours. Bar staff excellent.

Briefly a 2 night stay fri/sat for a wedding on Saturday. The hotel is tired , not the same standards as other Novotels, cost reasonable for that weekend (cheaper to book here and Uber in to central London than book a more central hotel) Front of house good as usual. arrived at 00.30 on the second night to find the room unserviced specifically no coffee for the morning which is important. Otherwise no other issues it’s generally a reliable brand and my go to via their own site prices always reasonable IMHO.

The hotel was perfect our trip to legoland and the extra bonus was being able to use the swimming pool which we had to ourselves for most of our stay as the hotel was very quiet. Lots of breakfast options also.

Hi , I was at Novotel M4J4 from 28th May till 2nd June 2021 with my family ! We had booked our trip to Lego land and Thorp park and some visit to see family friends . The over all experience at the Hotel was simply fantastic !!! We always look forward to stay at Novotel M4J4 because the staff and duty managers all know us very well and they are simply very help full, friendly , caring , hard working and overall great people with exceptional interpersonal skills i will Just say Fantastic Hospitality - The names to applaud are - Corina , Fezan, Janurao, Fazal, Theodra, Malik, Ruksana, Volga. Reason - During the stay the hotel was very much booked with all kind of guests and some of them had been very difficult to the staff (Swearing and expressing anger - we knew this was unacceptable )- there where long ques for Breakfast every day till we were there - But the way whole staff handled the situation within there capacity and keeping calm and continued to look after other guest was simply commendable ! Thus - I will give all of the staff a 7stars and keep up the good work. I will see you again soon once the Hotel is back for welcoming regular guests !! Good Luck and stay safe !!

As an Accor Gold Card Member - this is my go to hotel for international flights from Heathrow, but this was a personal trip - a 2 day visit to Thorpe Park and as usual again it didn't disappoint. Great welcome on arrival, everything was clean and tidy in the room, restaurant was fab and the pool was the icing on the cake - with well managed 30min time slots available via booking in advance. I stay at many hotels and this is right up there in terms of ticking all the boxes for what you want on a short stay. In these difficult times for the hospitality industry, when many things cannot be exactly as we would like, the staff could not have tried harder to make the stay great. The breakfast buffet is back up and running and the choice is superb. Highly recommend this hotel.

We only needed the bare minimum, beds but also enjoyed the pool. We did not have breakfast at the buffet as this feels too risky at this time. The concierge wasn't very clear at reception. He gave me the impression that the pool was fully booked but I was asking about the following morning and not that evening. He didn't explain very much such as the pin number for the pool. It did bother me that roughly a third of the adults we saw in the public spaces of the hotel were NOT wearing a mask and nobody was challenging them on this.

We had a great stay due to the circumstances we are currently in this pandemic. We had to stay 3 days at the Novotel to wait to fly out of the UK. The room had an okay layout, I was sharing with my friends and felt that we all had our privacy when needed. The main thing that bothered me was the some shady stains on the wall. Everything else was clean in the room. My stay was great because of Corina, she is absolutely amazing and I can only wish her the best for her future. She was helpful, friendly and super quick with any of our requests. I would come back if I needed to stay overnight in Heathrow knowing that Corina was there and could say hi to a friendly face again! Value for money is there as it was quite cheap. I think my overall score would have been higher if I had visit the Hotel when all the facilities were open. This score is based on the fact that we are in a middle of a pandemic and the room itself did not have the best walls, carpet stains and tv (only two channels).

Nice stay but no 24 hour room service like stated.

Food was nice pool was nice. However wanted to order room service for food after 11pm to be told they they didn't want to turn the ive back in and there was only one member of staff on duty so he could not cook and watch reception at the same time. So had to order food which took over 1 and half hours to come as it was a Sunday. But over all a great stay.

i am not happy with our stay to novatel im a loyal customer i travel 3 hours every year maybe x2 in a year to visit this hotel this time round im really upset and annoyed with the service communication the whole week of our holiday runied my anixty levels are really high i came to relax enjoy my self instead i been upset and low not good at all
