I have been staying with Novotel Heathrow M4J4 for more than 6 years now . We visit London every month for business and training purpose. Due to lockdown we all missed the travel to London . Recently I had to be at Heathrow for my professional training course ,so booked Novotel but could not get booking for our favourite Suite, which we always stay! Thanks to Corina - the manager who spotted that I did not get our usual Suite .She was kind enough to call me for the same and when she learnt that the system was not making Suite available for online booking ,she did it manually and got us Suite. Many thanks to Corina , Janaruo, Ruksana and Chef for making the stay a fantastic stay. I will be definitely coming back next month

Room was fine, clean and tidy as usual. Shower a disappointment though - really low power, leaking from many places and black bits coming out of the head. Room 204 if you want to look at it.

Very poor. Ordered room service which arrived 55 mins later rather than 20-25 mins as advised via text message. This was cold to lukewarm at best as covered in cling film rather than heat retaining cover. No hot water in my room reported as I left hotel 0700when returned later that evening still not fixed. Apparently it had been turned off to that room/part of hotel. Finally came through approx 45 mins later. COVID rule signage poor and most other guests walking around without a mask. Only reason not given a 1 was that lady on reception was very understanding and handled complaints well.

Hotel was operating at reduced capacity, staff and facilities. However the front desk were very courteous and concerned for our safety and comfort. To order food via WhatsApp was very efficient.

No one was on the check in desk. So me and someone else were waiting albeit 5-10mins but we shouldn’t have to wait. It should be manned 24-7. This was at 4pm on a Friday. Room good but abit outdated and needed modernising.

I stay here regularly for business. I stayed there yesterday and wow it was like hostel. I swear I was put on a floor with ppl being housed. They were smoking in the hallways and rooms, there was fag buts and also food all over the floors. The alarms went of several times and constant noise all night. I’m never staying here again!

Although,I had a very stressful day on the day of arrival I was made welcome. Had a lovely chicken tika masala , together with a large glass of wine. The room was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

It was an average stay. Corina was the highlight of our stay as she was absolutely incredible with us. The other staff after her was just not very present or as welcoming.

An essential travel stay

We had a great stay due to the circumstances we are currently in this pandemic. We had to stay 3 days at the Novotel to wait to fly out of the UK. The room had an okay layout, I was sharing with my friends and felt that we all had our privacy when needed. The main thing that bothered me was the some shady stains on the wall. Everything else was clean in the room. My stay was great because of Corina, she is absolutely amazing and I can only wish her the best for her future. She was helpful, friendly and super quick with any of our requests. I would come back if I needed to stay overnight in Heathrow knowing that Corina was there and could say hi to a friendly face again! Value for money is there as it was quite cheap. I think my overall score would have been higher if I had visit the Hotel when all the facilities were open. This score is based on the fact that we are in a middle of a pandemic and the room itself did not have the best walls, carpet stains and tv (only two channels).

Novotel Heathrow M4/Junction 4 did not disappoint. The front desk staff was super friendly and still managed to be highly efficient in spite of the several necessary limitations imposed because of coronavirus pandemic. Thank you guys for hanging in there and still providing us an A Class service. Hope things get better for your business and you recover from all the coronavirus lockdown induced losses early in 2021. Bravo!

Food was nice pool was nice. However wanted to order room service for food after 11pm to be told they they didn't want to turn the ive back in and there was only one member of staff on duty so he could not cook and watch reception at the same time. So had to order food which took over 1 and half hours to come as it was a Sunday. But over all a great stay.
