The room service is not good they haven’t clean our rooms and no toilet tissue paper given I have 3 rooms all were same and told them also clean the room and bedsheet still they haven't change it. Breakfast is very good no doubt

Our accommodation was great and our dinner experience was good but I'm sorry to say that our breakfast experience was frightening resulting in our daughter refusing to eat as she just wanted to get out. There was no social distancing, there were children running around everywhere and where we were seated, the queue for the buffet curled right around us and with no exaggeration the people were touching our shoulders. Some sort of discipline by the harassed staff was definitely needed in the current pandemic. Coming frome Wales this was really frightening and upsetting. Spoiled our stay.

No pillows. Massive queue for breakfast. One person at bar during champions league final despite the hotel being "fully booked" Huge car parking fees. Avoid.

We booked an executive room because it stated it came with a Bose speaker and compimentary dressing gowns neither of which were in the room, when I spoke to the manager he said the speakers were taken out a long time ago because people kept pinching them but if that’s the case then change the description on the rooms and don’t charge more for it than the superior room which is it dactyl the same room. We booked and paid for breakfast and when we came down in the morning the queue was ridiculously long and would of been hours waiting so we then had to find some where else to eat as my children wouldn’t be able to wait that long. The hotel says it has a pool but no where on the website does it state that the pool has to be booked in half an hour slots and there was none available whilst we were staying there once again disappointing my children. The beds were rock hard, the sofa bed was missing several slats making it feel unstable. I was given a WhatsApp number to text if there were any issues which I sent several messages which none were responded to. I was very disappointed and slept terribly which was a shame because I’ve stayed in the Wembley one before and that was one of the best nights slee I’ve had.

The hotel is well situated and convenient for Heathrow. The restaurant is good and the staff friendly and accommodating. Check in/out easy and convenient. Desk staff very helpful. Had difficulty obtaining shuttle ticket from the machine - reception staff member knew the machine and got one for me.

We are well known at Novotel J4 M4. Your staff were charming and helpful. Our bar experience was as good as possible given Covid. We had a delicious evening meal, and breakfast was back to almost normal, after the brown paper bags last year. We had a thoroughly lovely time and we appreciate your hotel.

Overnight stay in a suite. Early flight from Terminal 5 the next morning. Covid-19 measures in place throughout the hotel. Clean rooms. Prompt room-service. Excellent front-desk staff.

Stained carpet and charged for an assistance dog

I was not pleased that in spite of having a medical service dog i was charged a “pet fee”. Never in my life has this happened at any other hotel since he the dog is not a pet, but in fact a medical necessity. I offered documentation to support this but was told no and that I’d be charged regardless.

I have been staying with Novotel Heathrow M4J4 for more than 6 years now . We visit London every month for business and training purpose. Due to lockdown we all missed the travel to London . Recently I had to be at Heathrow for my professional training course ,so booked Novotel but could not get booking for our favourite Suite, which we always stay! Thanks to Corina - the manager who spotted that I did not get our usual Suite .She was kind enough to call me for the same and when she learnt that the system was not making Suite available for online booking ,she did it manually and got us Suite. Many thanks to Corina , Janaruo, Ruksana and Chef for making the stay a fantastic stay. I will be definitely coming back next month

An essential travel stay

We had a great stay due to the circumstances we are currently in this pandemic. We had to stay 3 days at the Novotel to wait to fly out of the UK. The room had an okay layout, I was sharing with my friends and felt that we all had our privacy when needed. The main thing that bothered me was the some shady stains on the wall. Everything else was clean in the room. My stay was great because of Corina, she is absolutely amazing and I can only wish her the best for her future. She was helpful, friendly and super quick with any of our requests. I would come back if I needed to stay overnight in Heathrow knowing that Corina was there and could say hi to a friendly face again! Value for money is there as it was quite cheap. I think my overall score would have been higher if I had visit the Hotel when all the facilities were open. This score is based on the fact that we are in a middle of a pandemic and the room itself did not have the best walls, carpet stains and tv (only two channels).

Nice stay but no 24 hour room service like stated.

Food was nice pool was nice. However wanted to order room service for food after 11pm to be told they they didn't want to turn the ive back in and there was only one member of staff on duty so he could not cook and watch reception at the same time. So had to order food which took over 1 and half hours to come as it was a Sunday. But over all a great stay.

i am not happy with our stay to novatel im a loyal customer i travel 3 hours every year maybe x2 in a year to visit this hotel this time round im really upset and annoyed with the service communication the whole week of our holiday runied my anixty levels are really high i came to relax enjoy my self instead i been upset and low not good at all
