Nice comfy beds, clean rooms. Fantastic staff in the restaurant. Only gripe would be that the room was only set up for 2 even though there were 3 of us.

The hotel feels outdated. The rooms were lacking and our shower didn't work properly. We went for dinner after a long flight and we waited quite a long time for food that wasn't very good. The host was nice however she could use a ton more assistance. We were there for less than 24 hrs and I'm glad! I hope they can update this hotel as it was convenient for traveling from the airport with my children.

Having visited Novotel London Heathrow Airport numerous times before, I was not impressed with the changes that have taken place at the hotel since my last visit. The two main issue are: Not having a reception area, but instead having someone walking around with a phone. Although the gentleman was very pleasant, it felt a cold reception and not personable as if there was a proper reception. Secondly, arriving late at the hotel on cold wet November evening, I drove into the car park and parked, checked in and went to bed. It was not until the morning when in the lift I read that I should have paid a car parking fee within 20mins of arriving. This was not clear, or did anyone say anything when I checked in.

Car Park Full on arrival (conference attendees took almost all spaces). Room decor dated. Room Air con didn't work. Embarrassing service in restaurant- waiter took 10 mins to find 'pre-booked' menu, then on arrival, the restricted menu made me feel like second rate citizen, just causeless I had the good sense to pre-book a meal (walked out of restaurant, without taking the meal). Breakfast service was dismissive and second rate, no tour of breakfast facilities, breakfast cereals hidden away, so not found.

Me and my family had a lovely time staying in your hotel, it wasn’t the best room but because all of our request has been granted, for us it was a great stay. Everyone is very accommodating from the time we checked in until checked out time. Breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful, food was fab, thank you to the chef who cooks our cheese omelette my girls loves it.. when we asked the girls what’s the best part on our stay they both answered “the pool!” They really enjoyed playing in your pool. We had a late flight into Heathrow so arrived at the hotel around 11.20. There was someone to greet us, give us our room cards and advise the bar would be open until 01.00 hours approx. Parking is separate from the hotel and the machine had run out of paper to print tickets, the night gentleman sorted all this out for us. We have stayed in this hotel before, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff
