THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. I made my booking via the hotel website (All Accor Live) three weeks ago. My booking was accepted on the ALL website as a mistake. On arrival I was told that this hotel has been closed to the public for more than 2 years. Any reviews you see here on Tripadvisor are therefore mistakes. I did not know this until I arrived at the hotel. The hotel management were helpful in finding me an alternative ALL hotel. Luckily my taxi driver waited while this was resolved and took me to an alternative hotel.

I booked and paid for a room in September 2022. Yes paid for it. In January 2023, two weeks before my booking date, they cancelled my reservation. No reason given. Tried to enquire why, no response. WHAT A JOKE !

It’s true, an open sewer would be more welcoming and hospitable. Clearly something underhand going on at this establishment. Signed at the roundabout as having a Restaurant and only after paying are you greeted by some low intellect individual who can only just string together “restaurant closed”. AVOID, at all costs.
