Disappointed in our experience! At over $300 a night we had no room cleaned at all, we had to ask for fresh towels at reception on our last night, The bed was very hard and the stay not pleasant and after this at checkout the automated checkout system tried to charge us $162 when the only thing we’d had was breakfast that was included in our pre booked and prepaid room cost Do NOT stay here

The location was perfect and the bed very comfortable. The only negative was that the room’s soundproofing is poor and we had noisy people in the neighbouring room.
