Too many people trying to use the lift. Dangerous situations. Could not use the fire escape, the doors locked behide you. People were very frustrated

Room was comfortable, good location and the breakfast was great. The bathroom really needs updating or a good scrub and one of the lifts was out of action which meant long waits. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Dirty room, the couch was disgusting and the cups in the room weren't clean. I am a long term visitor to this hotel and I have never experienced this before. I was locked out of my room on the second morning and there wasn't enough staff on hand to get things sorted out. Probably my last stay here ever.
