Stayed on 2nd floor (Baht room, no amenity set-up). At check-in, staff informed that lower-floor room was allocated as booking was made via 3rd party. They also recommended booking directly with hotel website for better room allocation and benefits. Management may consider complimenting the staff for professionally promoting direct booking.

Friendly approachable staff. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The cafe was nice, quiet and had a delicious variety of food. Parking was right next to the motel. I highly recommend.

Nice stay, some staff were a bit abrupt and I found them quite rude, especially before check in, were there a bit early and no option offered to check in early like most hotels. Door lock went flat and it was our job to keep going back to room to check new cards etc before someone would fix it, would prefer staff did this to save us the trip late at night going up and down, especially when we knew it was not our keys but the lock itself that had no lights going on.
