We enjoyed our stay for the most part but had no room service on our second and 3rd day of our 3 day stay. We had to chase up towels and coffee because our room wasn't made up. We also couldn't use the qr code for ordering room service because the menu listed wasn't available in the hotel and couldn't use the qr code inthe restaurant itself because they only a small selection that had been prepared earlier in the day by the chef and not what was on the qr code menu. Very disappointing as we had to go out for dining.

Nice front and lobby but that's it. Rooms are underwhelmed. I asked for Queen bed, we were assigned a twin bed. Room was just OK but carpet was dirty and stained. Aircon started to drip water by midnight. Not bothered to call housekeeping after a tiring day for a conference. Not worth my Qantas rewards and money.

Dirty rooms, black hair everywhere. Asked them to clean the room, they went in, made the bed and when I got back to the room, the bed was made but all the dirt, rubbish and BLACK HAIR was still everywhere!! The sheet WAS NOT changed and the room WAS NOT cleaned!! This is very concerning as it leads me to wonder WHEN was the last time the room was actually cleaned? I also tried to call reception about 10-20 times on numerous different time during both stays (both from the room and from external while not on site) and it rang out every time without being answered.

First room I was given smelt like a swamp and had water dripping out of the airconditioner. I had prepaid breakfast and on the first morning had to request that tha bain maries be restocked as they were all empty apart from the aneamic looking bacon which looked like it had been boiled, and this was at 8.00 had to ask a second time and total wait was about 25 mins. Second day had to request that the eggs needed refilling. All in all damn poor John A E.
