Stayed recently with my wife at this hotel. We were travelling through and required a room for a good night’s sleep. This did not happen as noise from a nearby nightclub was unbearable. Fortunately the staff member on duty moved us to another room which resulted in a good night’s sleep. Staff were very accommodating which saved the night. Personally we would not stay again.

Myself, my daughter, sister in law and niece came to Newcastle for the weekend to attend the University Open Day. The hotel was about 15-20 mins from the campus. I found the young woman at the checkin average. I would have expected a bit more, especially being a Platinum & Accor Plus member. The 2 bedroom apartment was a bit dated, very spacious and the beds were comfy. I did feel a bit uneasy about the carpark. It seemed a bit dodgy and it said park at your own risk. Nothing happened but perhaps a some security check by the hotel would be good. That night/late arvo, we walked into the Honeysuckle dining/restaurant area. It was a flat, easy, beautiful walk. Breakfast the next morning was above average. Overall a good stay.
