Smell of dampness as soon as I entered room. Coackroach on floor and another under bed crushed by wheel. The latter had been there for a while. Food was very poor.

The ease of self-check in and check out was appreciated (noting there is still an in-person option available). The room was clean and comfortable, particularly the comfy bed and pillows. The room was quite dated, particularly the cabinetry and the bathroom, with rubber bands on the shower head to hold it up, the soap dish on a steep angle, and rust on the vanity sink tap. Overall a very pleasant stay and good value for money.
