I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this was my worst experience - not sure i’ll be back. 1) No car parks available as approximately one third of their car parks an no longer available due to safety reasons - Id suggest the hotel needs to allow you to book a car park upon booking a room OR reduce the number of rooms they make available - this is a location people drive to so they expect a car park. As other guests who arrived at the same time as we did said - we would have booked elsewhere if we new we wouldn’t get a car park! 2) The ensuite had not been cleaned upon arrival - piss on seat and pubic hair visible 3) A greenie at the hotel has replaced the coffee cups with some environmental version which bluntly were filthy as they were difficult to clean 4) Second night, while the ensuite was better cleaned it still hadn’t been cleaned properly with water still on the ensuite glass etc 5) In general, room needed a deep clean - it was clear it had not had this for sometime

Wifi was unreliable and slow, difficult to conduct online meetings, street noise quite annoying especially on weekends but thats not the hotels fault

The Hotel is showing its age, subsequently the Hotel is currently being renovated. The toxic smell of fumes was terrible. I had to block the gap under the door with a towel. Hopefully the work is finished soon so future guests dont have to deal with it
