The rooms were excellent, very well maintained and with great attention to all the small details. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and service-oriented, and parking was very convenient. Breakfast could be improved, and we were also somewhat disappointed with the evening restaurant, particularly the limited availability of some menu items and the overall level of service. The gym was good, although it would have been nicer if it were a little larger. Adding some furniture to the balconies would also be a welcome improvement. The beds were too soft for our preference, and unfortunately we did not sleep particularly well.

Overall good, things to improve, reception staff local knowledge of hikes & restaurants. Local expert opinion missing. Showers were difficult to regulate. Coffee to order should not be extra charge.

very nice rooms. the bathroom, however, had some design flaws: there was no space to store any toilettry bags or so. the shower was very dark. this is a pity, as the bathroom is very spacious, and it would be easy to install some shelf space or so to store personal items. the hotel as such is very nice, the restaurant food was good. I was surprised that the breakfast was not a buffet, and even though it was possible to order many items, I wasn't too impressed by it. As the hotel was quite empty, charging 15 Euro for an underground parking seemed a bit ridiculous - I did not use it. (but considering the rain, it would have come in handy).

Our family stay at Swissotel Kolašin was truly wonderful. Just like we expected from the brand, everything was top-notch. It is a true mountain hotel with a perfect location right on the ski slopes, which makes everything so much easier.The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was incredibly professional and kind across all departments, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.We really enjoyed every moment of our stay and we are already looking forward to coming back.

I had an excellent experience at Swissôtel Resort Kolasin in Kolašin. The hotel offers a beautiful mountain atmosphere, elegant and comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, clean, and of a high standard. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious mountain getaway.

Hotel is nice and modern, but as it was low season we felt a bit out of place. There is really nothing else around than skiing. The restaurant is quite pricey, but food was good. The rooms are nicely decorated, but already show some signs of usage like the bathroom door not shutting properly and the lights not working. Also, the matress is so hard, never experienced that before. They are not too familiar with the Accor Program, welcome drink was unclear, preference list as Platinum member definitely not observed. All by all good place, but wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed in a very spacious and nice apartment at an affordable price, but… Everything at the resort seems to function without much logic. People book this rather expensive hotel because of the ski-in/ski-out convenience, yet upon arrival we were told that the ski depot had been rented out to an external company—which was closed—so we couldn’t use it at all. As a result, we had to use our car in the garage as a ski storage, which is far from practical. The restaurant prices are higher than in even better resorts in Austria, and the same goes for the massages. On top of that, the air conditioning in the massage room cannot be adjusted, making it both too cold and too noisy. Overall, quite disappointing and, honestly, ridiculous.

Stayed 1 night only, but managed to see that the hotel is up to the full standards. Absolutely all hotel staff is very kind and professional. Flexible with check in and out. Food is excellent as well as available facilities.

it was nice experience stayng at your hotel and i will come again .The restaurant’s chef doesn’t seem to know why he doesn’t use salt — the food was tasteless. While we were there, we ordered pasta, gnocchi, and meat, and we had to add salt ourselves (although the food preparation was very good). Even in the morning, when we had eggs for breakfast, there was no salt at all! When returning from the ski slope to the hotel, the uphill path is very difficult with skis. I personally didn’t have a problem, but my wife was with our two children, and it was quite exhausting to climb up. As for our stay there, I have no other complaints apart from these things.

We arrived late afternoon (16:00 hrs) the booked suite was not available; it was unclear how our confirmed booking was changed. We accepted to wait for the requested suite, that took too much of time. It was around 20;30 only after we demanded to see the GM a room was offered. As a compensation one night was offered complimentary, we appreciated that.

Very good experience overall. I always choose this hotel because I love the location and the comfort. Its new modern design. The rooms are a bit small with quite a lot of furniture, and the walk to the end rooms can be long, but it’s not a major issue. The service has improved since last year the staff is more efficient and very polite.

Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I have ever had at an Accor property. First of all, my reservation was to be paid at the property. However, the hotel attempted to charge my credit card before my arrival. When the payment could not be processed, my reservation was canceled without any attempt to contact me by email or phone. My card was temporarily closed for online transactions for security reasons, and I only realized the issue because I received a notification from my bank. I immediately contacted the hotel, paid for the first night, and reactivated my reservation. This situation could easily have gone unnoticed. As I’m a hotelier, I do not find this approach appropriate. The overall service quality was very poor. It is hard to believe that this is an Accor property. If the hotel is being audited, I seriously question how it passes inspections. The breakfast buffet was extremely weak in both variety and quality. The available products were in poor condition — for example, the tomatoes were crushed, and there was no omelet station. The buffet was refilled by waiters rather than being properly maintained and presented. I also requested a ladies’ kit. I was told it would be checked and sent to my room, but I never received any follow-up. When I called again, I was informed that the hotel did not have one. When I asked if there was somewhere I could purchase it, I was told I could find it in the city center. Please consider that this is a five-star ski hotel located in the mountains during winter season. It is unacceptable not to provide such a basic amenity under these conditions. The spa area was poorly maintained. There was water all over the floor, and a guest towel was placed at the sauna entrance to absorb the water. The sauna and steam room were not at the proper temperatures, and no staff seemed to be monitoring the area. Additionally, one night we woke up and realized that there was a power failure. Even the telephones in the room were not working, and since the elevators would also not be operating, we were concerned and did not feel safe leaving our room. The situation lasted for nearly one hour. In case of an emergency, such a situation would be completely unacceptable. During check-out, when we asked for a copy of our bill to review our charges, we were treated as if we had done something wrong. We were reluctantly allowed to check our expenses. Moreover, although we clearly stated that we would provide feedback about our experience, no apology was offered. We were simply told, “You can do so.” I would like to mention two positive aspects of our stay. The receptionist who handled our check-in provided excellent service and was truly professional. In addition, the restaurant manager (whom we met at breakfast) was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I would like to sincerely thank them for their kindness and professionalism. The room was small. When I booked it, it said it would have a tarrace with furniture, instead it was just a small balcony (no furniture). We were 2 adults and 1 kid. When we arrived the sofa bed was not prepared, we asked for someone to come and help with that but they said that the staff who helps with that had already left and they brought us sheets so we ended up doing our own bed. The breakfast was good, not many choices but just enough. A la carte restaurant choices were very limited, and then the waiters will tell us every meal that even from the menu some items were missing that weekend so we had to get the same things like almost every meal. I was expecting a better food quality to be honest. Staff was trying to be polite but one can tell when they are not trained. I asked for the spa at the reception and the girl gave me wrong directions, I ended up in the parking instead. Then she apologised and redirect me again. In the restaurant you had to wait to get to get to order. We asked where could we do a reservation for dinner and one of the guys said : you have the information in your room, read it there. We were like: does it hurt you to tell us?? 🤔. The only thing great about the place was its location, just 2 min walk to the ski centre and thats great when you have kids. We enjoyed the snow very much, but I am not going back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Swissôtel Resort Kolasin and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. The ski-in/ski-out location was incredibly convenient, especially since we were traveling with children. It made going out to the slopes and returning to the room effortless, and the room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, including the beautiful swimming pool, which our family really enjoyed. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding staff. Even though it was snowing heavily when we arrived, they welcomed us warmly and were waiting for us as we stepped out of the car. They kindly assisted us by parking our car while our children were still sleeping, which showed genuine care and professionalism. Everything was perfectly organized, family-friendly, and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.
