Very well located and beautiful hotel nothing to say about it My problem was that apparently it’s not the season and they could not turn the heating on so I could not sleep at night It was freezing and very cold That was one of worst night of my life in a such a hotel Very bizarre Maybe it’s normal I don’t know but for me was very disappointed situation and couldn’t wait to leave in the morning And on top of that the reception guy was more like a strict german soldier than a receptionist No kindness no sweat talk no welcoming word let alone warm welcoming Nothing Just orders give me passport give me this give me that It looked forced to work there

Very nicely designed hotel with comfortable rooms which are extremely well equipped with a kitchen. The beds are absolutely great and the large walk-in showers are an asset. Very disappointing buffet-diner, both food-wise as well as ambiance and attention from staff. Even serving half frozen bread at one point. Hammam was unfortunately out-of-order without notice. Gym area is way too warm for thorough exercising. Room service seems to be inadequate as well, asked the reception for coffee cups but 3 hours and 3 times asking later nothing was provided yet. Wifi droped out often

We stayed at this hotel for one night, although we had originally planned to stay for two. On September 29th, there was no heating in the hotel. When we asked the staff about it, we were told that the heating season only starts on November 15th. For Montenegro, we find this completely unacceptable and far too late, especially considering that evenings can already be quite cold from the beginning of September. We were travelling as a family with our baby, and the bathroom was so cold that we did not feel comfortable bathing our baby. The dinner was also disappointing — tasteless, with very limited choice. For €30 per person, you would be much better off going to a proper restaurant and having a decent meal. Unfortunately, the experience was made even worse when we checked out, as the receptionist was very unpleasant and arrogant. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering we were expecting a comfortable family stay.

Heating was not working, but staff gave us electric heater so our 1 year old would not get cold during night. Apartment was excellent. But SPA was little disappointed ting as steam room was not working and sauna only had 40 degrees during day.

Great room with nice amenities but poor staff service. Hard to get the attention of staff members and during dinner got three orders wrong, insisting nothing was amiss the third time. The spa also allowed children and overcrowded and was not very relaxing

Rooms are not ventilated well. Hygiene and cleaning is questionable. Even you're in the forest, there is ongoing construction work so if you want to sleep after 9am with open window, it's not possible. They mask weird room smell with some irritating air refreshener.

The internet in the room didn't work well at all times. Room #112. I was surprised that the front office staff couldn't offer the same rate as I found online for the extra night we added to our stay.

We stayed for 1 night. Dinner was very dissapointing. Plus we expected more from the spa services. Room temperature was a bit high with no air condition

The rooms were excellent, very well maintained and with great attention to all the small details. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and service-oriented, and parking was very convenient. Breakfast could be improved, and we were also somewhat disappointed with the evening restaurant, particularly the limited availability of some menu items and the overall level of service. The gym was good, although it would have been nicer if it were a little larger. Adding some furniture to the balconies would also be a welcome improvement. The beds were too soft for our preference, and unfortunately we did not sleep particularly well.

Overall good, things to improve, reception staff local knowledge of hikes & restaurants. Local expert opinion missing. Showers were difficult to regulate. Coffee to order should not be extra charge.

very nice rooms. the bathroom, however, had some design flaws: there was no space to store any toilettry bags or so. the shower was very dark. this is a pity, as the bathroom is very spacious, and it would be easy to install some shelf space or so to store personal items. the hotel as such is very nice, the restaurant food was good. I was surprised that the breakfast was not a buffet, and even though it was possible to order many items, I wasn't too impressed by it. As the hotel was quite empty, charging 15 Euro for an underground parking seemed a bit ridiculous - I did not use it. (but considering the rain, it would have come in handy).

Our family stay at Swissotel Kolašin was truly wonderful. Just like we expected from the brand, everything was top-notch. It is a true mountain hotel with a perfect location right on the ski slopes, which makes everything so much easier.The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was incredibly professional and kind across all departments, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.We really enjoyed every moment of our stay and we are already looking forward to coming back.

Hotel is nice and modern, but as it was low season we felt a bit out of place. There is really nothing else around than skiing. The restaurant is quite pricey, but food was good. The rooms are nicely decorated, but already show some signs of usage like the bathroom door not shutting properly and the lights not working. Also, the matress is so hard, never experienced that before. They are not too familiar with the Accor Program, welcome drink was unclear, preference list as Platinum member definitely not observed. All by all good place, but wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed in a very spacious and nice apartment at an affordable price, but… Everything at the resort seems to function without much logic. People book this rather expensive hotel because of the ski-in/ski-out convenience, yet upon arrival we were told that the ski depot had been rented out to an external company—which was closed—so we couldn’t use it at all. As a result, we had to use our car in the garage as a ski storage, which is far from practical. The restaurant prices are higher than in even better resorts in Austria, and the same goes for the massages. On top of that, the air conditioning in the massage room cannot be adjusted, making it both too cold and too noisy. Overall, quite disappointing and, honestly, ridiculous.
