Well located, lovely rooms and amenities! and friendly teams! and very clean My only feedback would be that we were not made aware on check in that the Hyde pool beds had a minimum spend and that you were unable to enjoy these beds without this. I completely understand why that is, i would suggest informing guests of this when they check in. And the gym air con could do with being colder and it ran out of water frequently. I loved the classes but wonder if they should be earlier on the hotter days as it was very hot! and i didnt expereince the pilates as it was an hour later and was concerned by the heat. it is wonderful to have it outside, might worth looking into a studio space for this. and lifts were a little confusing at the start and would take a while! LOVED the beef paella! Team all very professional and friendly! Decor and design were wonderful and great staff uniforms. Really loved our stay and did look to extend when we were there! desperately want to come back soon, thank you!

The hotel was really nice and all the services offered really justified the price. Location was nice and Staff was very polite and helpful. breakfast was great, as well as the cleaning and room services. Being so close with Hyde was not so great… an extra cost to access the pool beds and the Mexican restaurant clearly lower quality then the Mondrian restaurant offerings (such as Niko) don’t really go along with the luxury offering and image of Mondrian.
