Was a lot better to spend my time during the day in relaxing Calle Llonga, which was only a 20 minute drive to most places that we wanted to go at night. The hotel was also beautiful and the service was unmatched.

I was actually having quite a delightful stay at the Mondrian Ibiza. I chose to spend two nights there ahead of a wellness retreat that I had booked nearby. I was travelling alone, so I always make sure to book a 5* hotel, which is safe and has good amenities so I do not need to leave the hotel. This was the case until after I noticed some of my belongings were missing. I first only noticed some simple things when I wanted to go to the beach - my towel, swim suit and book etc. So I thought it was a mistake and that the maids must have accidentally wrapped them up in the bedsheets. However, I then started to look for some other items when I was leaving and couldn't find them. And these are items that did not leave my suitcase. These are designer items that are worth a lot of money. Half of my suitcase has gone missing. When I reported this to the team, they didn't really seem to care. I'm not even sure they made a note of these things. They said that they would speak to someone and left me waiting for a while but came back and said I would be informed the next day. They said that they took all the laundry to an external provider and so all my items must be with them. So, they would find out from them and call me. I didn't hear from them at all and so I tried calling, but that's when I found out that they were closed for the season. The day I left was actually the last day they were open!!! So, they had absolutely NO intention of calling me the next day. And that is why it was the perfect time to remove things from my room, as they could disappear for months. I have never felt so violated before. I am a longstanding customer of Accor and my family are also Platinum members and spend a lot of money on Accor hotels every year. This is so disappointing. I have tried to email too, but with no response. I now have no choice but to follow this up with the police.
