Nice hotel, breakfast was good, rooms cleaned. Wardrobe far too small that our clothes didn’t fit. Staff had to provide a clothes rail. There is currently a wedding party staying at the Mondrian, The Hyde and the Palladium. We happen to notice that guests from The Hyde and Palladium were removing their wrist bands and using the beds in the Mondrian to be with bride and groom party. Therefore, guest who were staying were not getting beds around the pool. This is unacceptable and checks need to be made to ensure paying guests are not getting what they’re paying for. It’s not good!!

When greeting and welcoming us... always so sincere and genuine. This is the second time visiting Mondrian ibiza. Normally we don't book the same hotel after a short periode, but since everything was so great for example: Staff; always friendly, welcoming, helping us. Lobby staff 10/10. Our baby of three years old, feels really at home and safe. Hygiene; from lobby to, restaurants, rooms, pool sides everything feels and look great. Rooms; feels good, spacious, good beds and the cleaning staff , really do a great job. They are really friendly and always ask for if you need anything. This was our 6th time visiting Ibiza. And we have to say that Mondrian is on our top. The hotel, gives everything your need. First time we brought my sister law and the second time we brought my sister and mother in law. They stayed at the Hyde, but had the same experience.

We went late May and had the perfect stay. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Location is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach and rest peacefully in between parties. 20 min drive from downtown Ibiza. Amazing breakfast.

Lovely stay but service from the staff ( not reception - they were exceptionel) but the service from the staff at the breakfast restaurant and in the bar was very very poor....this you need to work on..
