Had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian in Ibiza. The location is stunning, the rooms are well appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings and found the front desk staff (shout out to Jaime!) extremely welcoming and helpful.

While waiting for our check in we had lunch at the restaurant near the beach and were very disappointed. Very bad yacht rock music. But the rest of our stay went up after that. The concierges were fabulous and attentive and helpful. We ended up in Ibiza after a long trip in other destinations and had not put much thought into restaurants, activities, etc. We really appreciated the help of Vivian, Elizabeth, and the last concierge that helped us.

Our stay at Mondrian Ibiza was truly unforgettable and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We’ve stayed at numerous 5-star hotels around the world, and the hospitality and level of service here genuinely stood out. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was also amazing, and every detail of the experience felt thoughtfully taken care of. Andres and the entire team were incredible from start to finish. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made such a difference throughout our stay. Alberto was also incredibly helpful in planning our itinerary while we were there and gave us great recommendations, and Jaime was amazing as well and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. These are just a few of the names I remember, but honestly, the entire team deserves recognition. Everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best experience possible. If you’re considering where to stay in Ibiza, look no further, book Mondrian Ibiza! Having been visiting ibiza for 14 years - this is one of my new favourite hotels. Great staff, great facilities and it has everything you need for an amazing holiday.

We loved our stay at the Mondrian! The location at Cala Llonga could be more perfect— the most beautiful beach, lots of restaurants and grocery stores right there, and so close to the ferry! The pools were great, the staff was awesome, and we had a great time!

We were really disappointed with our stay at Mondrian, particularly given the price we paid and the hotel’s 5 star positioning. We arrived early and had to wait approx 4/5 hours before we could check in. I did inform the hotel in advance that we would be arriving early. I completely understand that early check in cannot always be guaranteed but I was disappointed by the lack of effort from reception to make the wait more comfortable. We were not offered complimentary breakfast or any other hospitable gesture. In all my years of staying in 5 star hotels, this was the first time I had experienced such a long wait for a room with absolutely no attempt to appease the situation. For a 5 star hotel, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately the room was so underwhelming and looked considerably better in the photos. When we entered the room, the floors were wet and a cleaner was still rushing around bringing drinks and towels. The air conditioning was also not working when we arrived, although this was eventually repaired. The service from some members of staff was another disappointment. The young blonde receptionist who checked us in came across as disengaged, and her interactions felt more like a forced smile than genuine hospitality. We also experienced an attitude from the female pool waiter with the dark bob, which put a damper on our pool day. Overall we were not impressed with the experience. I was embarrassed considering i was the person who chose the hotel for my group. With the high price tag, I do not feel the hotel delivered the level of service, room quality or hospitality that we paid for. The overall experience felt poor value for money, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at Mondrian again. I will likely be sharing my experience on tiktok with my followers, and I will be happy to send the hotel the video once it is published.

Rooms were comfortable, staff were courteous and attentive (especially front desk! very impressed). We very much enjoyed the pools with the min spend setup meaning there was always accessibility for us.

Overall good accomodation. However the daily music at the pool is too loud and disturb the quietness we were looking for. The rooms with lateral sea view do not offer at all an open view (trees and terrace non transparent glass. Pay attention to the additional extra service charge for food and drinks. The breakfast and Japanese restaurant are very nice and offer good quality

The service and setting were amazing. The hotel itself needs some work in the lower areas and we were not impressed with having to pay for beds given the cost per night. We were awoken by a wake up call at 5am which wasn’t for us and a knock on the door. But overall a good experience and we may consider coming back.

Mondrian Ibiza looks beautiful online and is marketed as a stylish, fresh and high-end hotel, but unfortunately our actual experience did not match that image. The hotel showed a surprising lack of maintenance and cleanliness for this price category: very dirty edges around the swimming pool, outdoor cushions with visible mould, and dirty lift doors. Breakfast was also poorly organised, with queues just to be assigned a table, while coffee ordered at the table regularly arrived cold. What bothered us particularly was the feeling that, despite already paying a substantial amount for the hotel, basic comfort often came at an additional cost. Parking was €25 per day, hotel guests had to pay €30 for two sunbeds at the beach, and several pool beds were reserved for guests committing to a minimum spend while other hotel guests were searching for somewhere to sit. Our “suite” was another major disappointment. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was barely enough space to move around. The sofa bed itself was extremely uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on, and our room had a very unattractive view of what looked like a derelict/construction site. This was far removed from what we expected based on the hotel’s presentation and price. Most concerning, however, was the billing. Our stay had already been fully paid upfront, yet at check-out I was asked to pay another €897 “for the stay”. Only after I questioned this was the charge cancelled. Had I simply trusted the amount presented to me, I could have paid almost €900 incorrectly. After returning home, we then received another €11 charge for a minibar soft drink, even though we did not consume anything from the minibar. We had only removed the minibar drinks from the refrigerator temporarily to make room for our own drinks. Receiving yet another incorrect charge after the €897 issue was particularly frustrating. The concept, design and branding of Mondrian Ibiza are attractive, but in our experience the cleanliness, maintenance, organisation, room comfort and service simply did not justify the price or the expectations created online. Very disappointing for a hotel positioned at this level.

The breakfast was nice but there were cracks in the shower room floor, we reported it but nothing was done. There was dirt coming out of cracks when we showered and it was not hygienic. The hotel is looking quite tired in places and we were charged another £10 after we had checked out and settled our final bill. The staff were nice enough and I would like to say Alberto the concierge was fantastic! The original room we were given overlooked the noisy air conditioning fans and we asked to move which they did accommodate.

We had such a lovely stay here for a girls’ trip to celebrate a special occasion. This was actually our second time staying at the hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt easy and relaxed, which was exactly what we wanted for a special trip with friends. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return again. It’s always a great sign when you choose to come back for a second stay, and this hotel certainly didn’t disappoint!

Hotel staff were very accommodating and made our vacation in Ibiza very memorable and no stress! The little acts of service really put the stay over the top! Rooms and views are beautiful. Highly recommend to people traveling to Ibiza.

We booked a Deluxe King Sea View Room months in advance (described in your room details with "Step into your Ibizan retreat boasting a beautiful sea view"). I sent a note to the hotel requesting to ensure a bright room on a higher floor. We arrived mid afternoon and had a very friendly chat with one of the receptionists. It was all fine until I checked the floor we would be on, and he said the second floor (ie the one below reception and the lowest floor for rooms). We immediately asked that this was changed, but, having consulted his manager, he told us that sadly there were no alternatives available. We reluctantly went to room 205, only to be further horrified that, not only was the room on the lowest floor, but it was very dark, with a tiny balcony, one window and at a right angle directly next to the neighbouring room's balcony and bedroom. We could literally see into their bed from our balcony and there was absolutely no privacy for us either. The 'sea view' was of a small slither of the beach, across several umbrellas and awnings. We returned to reception to say that we were not prepared to stay in the room (which cannot have seriously been a Deluxe Sea View Room) and asked for other options. We eventually spoke with the manager, who again reiterated that there were no other sea view options that day. She did offer a non-sea view/inland room on a higher floor with a credit which we decided was certainly better for a night than 205. We were reassured that other sea view options would open up the next day, and in the morning, we were advised that we would be moved after lunch. We really liked the view and feel of room 1205 and our stay got infinitely better! I only mention the above in detail because I do not think we should have been put through the first room ordeal when it was so clearly below the room category promise. Your staff have clearly been very well trained and were polite and as helpful as the situation allowed, but it was a stressful experience to have to insist on moving and not knowing how that would turn out. Apart from the stressful room experience, we enjoyed the breakfast, the bar (particularly the terrace outside) and having lunch at Sonrojo. V good food and service all round.
