Very relaxing and pleasant experience, staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel has been newly refurbished and has great facilites. Location is convenient, in a quiet area but 20/30 minute drive to most areas of the island.

Everything was good but the a/c in all rooms is severely lacking

No Air Conditioning, Not 5 Star

There seemed to be an issue with the mechanical systems at the hotel. The lobby and commons areas as well as the rooms were all extremely hot - no matter what the air conditioning temperature was set at. The hotel also did not feel like any other 5 star hotel. The valet service was the best part of the experience. Would not return again.
