The environment is very good,the rooms are quite large,and the staff are very friendly. Especially Miracle Chen,Everyday ask me whether the room temperature is satisfied, remind breakfast time and weather conditions in November, encountered the problems when she be can fast to slove.

it's labor's day holiday and the hotel was fully packed, the housekeeping dept can't get the room ready in time (got delayed to over 7PM on the day) and there were just so many people queuing for check-in. finally we got in and soon we found the room was not in a satisfied condition too, the AC was not working, the TV was not working, and the cleaning was not thorough (found some nut shell under the table, must be left there by the previous traveller) the engineering dept couldn't fix the TV issue though they appologized to us.... luckily we had a very good account manager Leilei who managed to help us change to a good room as soon as I let her know the situation! she's our lifesaver!
