We booked online and the hotel was even better than we saw online. Staff were friendly and helpful .. so important when visiting from abroad. The room was well set out and very comfortable. It made our stay easy and enjoyable.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience at Hotel Fermai. The location is very convenient to the palace - maybe 5-7 minute walk in a safe area. Very clean, good breakfast, outstanding staff, rooms are lovely and the entire place looks to be recently renovated. Cocktails available for purchase and lovely porch to sit and relax on. I would stay here again in a second!
