My experience at M Gallery Hotel was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, elegant, and comfortable, with excellent service and attention to detail. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again!

Breathtaking views, amazing food, goode vibes, nice people!

Bliss Bar & Room Service food was outstanding. Views from the room were perfect. Housekeeping cleaned the room promptly everyday - we appreciated the in room snacks/treats for us. Pool was very clean and warm making it comfortable to swim. There were many chairs on the beach which made it easy to enjoy it. Lots of smokers/smoking was a downside but that is cultural. We did not appreciate the loud music that was played on Saturday night until midnight. Way too loud for families with young children trying to sleep.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Green Coast, but there are several areas where we believe the hotel could significantly improve the guest experience. We particularly missed having an adults-only swimming pool and bar area, where guests looking for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere could spend time without the noise and disruption that inevitably comes with the presence of children. Given the positioning and standard of the hotel, we feel that a dedicated adults-only space would be a very welcome addition. We were also surprised by how noticeably small the room was, particularly the sleeping area. The space around the beds felt very cramped and was below what we would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. Finally, we found the breakfast experience poorly organised. The breakfast room is simply too small for the number of guests using it, particularly at peak times. It became extremely crowded, making it difficult even to move around the room comfortably or access the buffet. Better management of breakfast capacity, or a larger breakfast area, would considerably improve the experience.

Lovely hotel, attentive staff and beautiful location. Pls bear in mind that the beach is not sandy so reef shoes for swimming would be a wise suggestion!

Loved this place! We stayed here for my 50th birthday, and the team surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake, a heartfelt note, and fresh fruit, it meant so much. Super warm staff, great amenities, an amazing beach bar, and unforgettable sea views. Can’t wait to go back!

This was one of the most magnificent hotels I have ever stayed at. They really anticipated the needs of their guests and had really nice personal touches throughout my stay! Would highly recommend the beach was private to the hotel and that made it even more magical because it was not crowded even during busy season!!

The hotel has a beautiful location, and the beach and sea were excellent and very clean. We really enjoyed the beach and the overall environment. However, the service was below our expectations and definitely needs improvement. With better and more attentive service, the overall experience could have been much better

It was my first time in Albania, and what I saw there exceeded all my expectations. It will be wonderful to see in a few years, once all the construction in the area is completed, how beautiful the whole region will have become.

We had a nice suite and beach was nice. Booking a suite came with the Cabana on the beach which was also nice extra.But staff attentiveness was lacking. But having sid that you had a team from overseas at the time who where a stand out compared to others. Pool was a no go zone for us just too many kids and terrible service at every level.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, the setting is exceptional, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. However, we felt that the arrival experience and communication could be improved. At check-in, the only information we were given concerned the breakfast hours and location. We were not introduced to the hotel’s facilities, services, spa or available activities, nor were we given any guidance on how to make the most of the property. As a result, we felt somewhat left to discover everything ourselves and had to proactively ask for information about the spa and other activities. There was also a lack of follow-up regarding a late check-out request. We asked about it the evening before our departure and were told that the manager would contact us the following morning. Unfortunately, we never received an answer, even after following up ourselves that morning. As check-out time was approaching, this left us without clarity as to whether our request could be accommodated. These points did not prevent us from enjoying our stay, but for a hotel of this standard, we would have expected a more comprehensive welcome and more proactive communication throughout the stay. Given the location of our room, directly above the restaurant and overlooking the pool area, we experienced noticeable noise from the pool during the day, as well as external noise at night. At times, this was quite disturbing and affected the sense of calm and tranquility we would normally expect from a hotel of this category. While the hotel itself is beautiful, we felt that the overall level of service did not fully match the price point or the standards we would expect from a property of this category. Overall, it is a beautiful property that we would recommend, and with greater attention to guest orientation, communication and follow-up, the experience could be excellent.

The staff were truly the highlight of my stay. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional throughout my stay. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the entire team made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable experience.

The pool and beach were incredible, offerings outstanding, and we were very happy with the accommodations as well. Service was also stellar. Though the construction taking place outside of the hotel had us worried when we entered town, you didn’t know it was happening once you entered. The view was outrageous. Only thing that could be better is more communication with entrance guards as they were confused if we belonged etc. but they were great too.

While the facility and accomodations are very nice and upscale, there is a gap in the service. The concierge is not easy to access and we lost one of our activities reservations without any recourse just because the other guest did not arrive back on time. The dining experience at the upstairs restaurant was disappointing. The menu descriptions on some of the dishes were different than what we received. The waiter was not very familiar with all the offerings and one dish was never served and when we asked about it we were told it was no longer on the menu and they forgot to tell us. The resort itself while it looks very nice, need to address some specific needs. The pool is too small and does not separate the kids and adults. The temprature gets very hot so there should be better accomodations for that. For example- There should be ceiling fans or other fans in the covered outdoor spaces for air circulation. On the beach the umbrellas provide no shade coverage. They should either be bigger or adjustable to cover the sun. At the pool there are also not enough options for covered seating.

An absolutely unforgettable stay – every detail was perfect, from the beautiful hotel and outstanding breakfast to the exceptional service and wonderful atmosphere; truly a highlight from beginning to end.

We stayed at this hotel for several nights, traveling with our children, at a rate of €700 per night — reasonably expecting service to match that price. While some aspects genuinely deliver, the overall management of the property is completely out of step with the level it claims to offer, and even raises serious safety concerns. What works well: The building itself is stunning, as is the terrazzo. The bedding is excellent, the food delicious, and the setting truly idyllic. The pool is beautiful from a distance, massages are offered at very reasonable prices (€80-150), and a buggy is available to help guests get around outside the hotel. The staff, when you manage to get their attention, are helpful. What is seriously problematic for a hotel at this price point: The pool edge is extremely slippery, to the point of being dangerous. We repeatedly saw guests slip and narrowly avoid serious injury, including falls that could easily have resulted in a broken neck. For a hotel charging €700 a night, the complete absence of any non-slip treatment or even basic warning signage is unacceptable and puts guests' safety at real risk — adults and children alike. On top of this, the pool's finish is in a shocking state: hundreds of pieces of plastic have come loose from the pool floor and are literally floating next to guests while they swim. Between the hazardous surface and this state of disrepair, this pool simply does not meet the standard expected of a hotel at this level. Traveling with our children, we were also surprised by the total lack of attention toward them, unlike what most upscale hotels of this caliber typically offer: no small bathrobes or slippers, no children's soap or shampoo in the bathroom, no thoughtful touches in the room whatsoever. A small detail perhaps, but telling of the overall lack of care at a property charging this price. The experience gets off to a poor start at the parking area too: the valet is about as welcoming as a prison door. On top of that, parking is completely unmanaged — half the cars are parked across two spaces, leaving almost no room for new arrivals. At reception, no information is provided at all: no breakfast hours, nothing about the spa, nothing about the restaurants, nothing about nearby activities. Guests are left to ask for absolutely everything themselves, repeatedly. Service is equally frustrating: it takes 30 to 45 minutes to receive anything ordered from the pool bar, and staff show zero anticipation — no one offers towels, no one asks if you'd like help settling in. Everything has to be requested, over and over again. Finally, though this isn't the hotel's fault, the entire surrounding village is one massive construction site — cranes everywhere, constantly, which seriously undermines the "idyllic setting" the hotel markets itself on. In summary: a beautiful facade, but disorganized operations, a total lack of attention for families with children, and above all a pool with a slippery surface that poses a genuine risk of serious injury. For a hotel at this level, these shortcomings are unacceptable. We hope for a prompt response from management and appropriate compensation given the disappointment and the safety risk involved. We wanted to share this feedback directly with you first, as we believe issues like these deserve a chance to be addressed. We would appreciate hearing how you might make things right.

It was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. The service was the worst you could ever get. Staff is not trained, management is all over the place and don’t know how to run the service, let alone running a business. It was a really disappointing experience and definitely something i would never recommend to anyone to ho there. It a pity because the hotel itself and its location is wonderful, but is the service that destroys everything. Terrible!

The hotel is a beautiful, newly built facility. Our room was lovely. The beach facilities and services are top notch. Generally the staff were good and friendly. It is very child friendly which is great if you’re with kids, but less so if not. A child free bar would be a great addition. The area around the hotel is a bit Disneyfied, in that the restaurants in walking distance are all a bit generic and lack atmosphere or great owners with character. Generally the whole development at this point lacks soul. Maybe that will come over time but sadly we won’t rush back to see.
