We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our wonderful, calming beachside setting, spacious rooms, and our refreshment areas. However, we genuinely appreciate you bringing these minor discrepancies to our attention. Please accept our sincere apologies for the oversight regarding the amenities in your Junior Suite, as well as the slower service you experienced at our pool and beach bars. Regarding our breakfast buffet, we want to assure you that we do take dietary requirements very seriously. We currently utilize breakfast tags next to our dishes to identify gluten-free and lactose-free options. That being said, your feedback made it clear to us that these indicators are not visible enough. We are immediately updating our buffet signage to display all allergen and dietary information in bold, high-visibility lettering so our guests can navigate their options effortlessly. Kindly be informed that each point has been noted and distributed to the staff for further attention to improvement. Thank you again for helping us improve.
