Overall things were good It was difficult to locate the reception kiosks. Staff were often mistaken for waiting/visiting guests in the lobby

The room was a little ordinary in that - no tea or milk available - the bathroom door was hard to open and close and made a racket - the shower rose was far too high to adjust

Check in was smooth as always, this is our 3rd time staying here. Initially given room 319 an accessible room asked to be moved, window didn’t open and sink too small, left invoice in room was told staff would check and contact me, unfortunately this did not happen, very disappointed. Did not feel price paid for a double 4 night stay was value for money. Some details in the hotel and in the room need addressing. The safe in the wardrobe was way too high for someone of my height 5ft 6in. Ok breakfast, staff in breakfast room were excellent, gave a warm welcome every morning. Excellent customer care.
