We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist us whenever needed. Please kindly convey our sincere thanks to Ms. Nhung from the Front Desk team, Ms. Loan from the Reservations team, as well as the Concierge team (unfortunately, we were not able to recall all their names). Although there were a few minor hiccups during our stay, your team consistently made great efforts to ensure we received the best possible service, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was well presented and offered a good variety, making it an enjoyable experience overall. However, we found the fried noodles to be a bit dry and hard to eat. Aside from this small point, we were satisfied with the meal. We would certainly love to return in the future and will gladly recommend this resort to our friends and acquaintances.
