I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and service I experienced during my recent stay at Mercure Da Lat. First of all, as an Accor Gold member, I truly felt warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The early check-in and complimentary room upgrade were highly appreciated and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I would also like to extend special recognition to Ms. Ngoc at Reception, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She was warm, professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist whenever needed. Her kindness and hospitality genuinely enhanced my overall experience and left a lasting impression. What impressed me even before stepping into the hotel was the remarkable care and attention given to the property. It was immediately noticeable how meticulously maintained the surroundings were from the spotless cleanliness to the beautifully groomed gardens, flowers, and greenery. It clearly reflects the dedication and pride of your gardening and housekeeping teams. The housekeeping service throughout my stay was also excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to experience turn-down service, which added a thoughtful touch and elevated the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast buffet, while perhaps not overly extravagant, offered an impressively thoughtful selection catering to guests with diverse dietary preferences. To my surprise, there was even sparkling wine available, which made breakfast feel a little more special. Overall, I found the breakfast to represent excellent value for money. In short, I had a truly wonderful experience at Mercure Da Lat. I will certainly return whenever I visit Da Lat again and will gladly recommend your hotel to friends and family. Please extend my appreciation to the entire team for their hard work and dedication, especially Ms. Ngoc for her outstanding service. I sincerely hope you continue to maintain this excellent standard.
