This hotel is a unique place in Dalat. You can get real french feelings. The hotel has a wonderfull design and provides you with an very romantic athmosphere. The roms are nicely designed and you got the feeling beeing in a mountain ressort in Europe. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is excellent. At the beginning of our stay we had some minor, unneccesary difficulties, but thanks to Mr. Hiep from the Front office everything was satisfactory solved. Thanks again to him for his outstanding hospitality and assistance. The hotel is absolutly recommandable an we will definitly return.

The whole resort is well designed and clean. I'm glad that we can check in 2 hours earlier. Our room is spacious. The food is OK. However the member welcome drink list is quite limited and the signature mocktail is not available.

Nice resort, but to many Tik Tokkers on the grounds

Enjoyed the resort, beautiful grounds, very nice staff. Room was ok, location was good. Vietnamese food in the restaurant was very good, but the French menu was not that good - at best average. The resort allows individuals - most of whom were not staying at the resort - to come onto the grounds and use the grounds as their personal photography studio. These were mostly young women who bring multiple costumes to change into and they spend all day, every day, posing for photos with their cameras. They were EVERYWHERE, constantly getting in the way. Even at the pool, in the hallways outside the rooms, and in the gardens. I opened my front door and there were two young women sitting on a couch with 5 or 6 different changes of outfits camped out all day. I opened my back door to the patio and there were two young women standing on the patio taking pictures. Even at the pool, group after group of tik tokkers kept coming into the pool area posing and giggling etc. They would take pictures with me and my wife in the background and would take pictures right in front of our chairs until I finally told them to stop and go away. This happened all 3 days we were at the resort. Was a real nuisance and turn off. I asked the staff and they told me they knew about this but there was nothing they could do. He also mentioned that the hotel “got some advertising” from the influencers so hotel was ok with it. If you like your privacy I would definitely not recommend this property!
