Seems understaffed. Welcome drinks were just.canned juice given to us. No coffee in the rooms.

Good overall experience, friendly staff on arrival and during stay. Only hiccup is one evening I tried to call lobby for room service (3 times between 7:30 and 8:30) but no one answered… front desk was probably understaffed that day. On checkout, no one at reception either, another client had to call for staff through phone in Korean. Had to wait ~10mn (from the moment I got to front desk) for someone to come. Not sure how long I would have had to wait if that client didn’t call.

We were upgraded to a suite, and the kids absolutely loved the extra space. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, keeping the room clean and tidy every day. Special thanks to Mr. Jay and the front desk team for going the extra mile to make our trip truly memorable. They also helped us book a local farm experience, which we greatly appreciated, as it would have been difficult for us to arrange without speaking Korean.
