Dirty hotel, bad food, nothing worked, staff indifferent.

Went for a conference with a large group of people. We all had problems. It’s by the side of a motorway. I had no curtains over window opposite bed and couldn’t sleep for road light and noise. When I asked if curtains could be put up I was treated as if I was insane. Bad food (fish off), most people had a blocked drain. Dirty bathrooms. Sewage smell in the corridor. Noisy air con switched on for everyone at 4am . Receptionist let surly drunk people hang out all night and ignored our requests to ask them to leave. When every one complained, they were all met with the same attitude of staff not caring. The kitchen staff didn’t know what meat they were serving. The lights in the main room we booked failed so we completed the conference in the place where the suitcases were stored, pressed up against the suitcases.

The cleaning room service did not work. 2 days nobody came to clean the rooms. No new towels 2 days/ no empty bins. Employees from the reception tried to make our stay more comfortable. The restaurant was very good, good points for breakfast.

Гостиница Mercury Wiazowna Brant находится за пределами Варшавы, в 15-20 км от исторического центра и рассчитан на путешественников на автомобиле. Отель находится рядом с трассой поэтому добраться к нему не составляет труда. Комплекс имеет достаточно зеленую территорию, на которой помимо отеля разместился ресторан, детская площадка и большой, бесплатный паркинг. Персонал очень приветливый. Заселили быстро. Номер очень просторный с удобной кроватью, рабочим столом, кондиционером, просторной ванной комнатой, холодильником и даже небольшой зоной отдыха в виде двух кресел и столика. Шумоизоляция хорошая, но вот если кто-то шумит на коридоре, то слышно все слишком хорошо. На территории всего отеля предоставляется бесплатный Wi-Fi, но в некоторых местах сигнал очень слабый. Завтрак в стоимость не входит. В 5-и минутах езды есть небольшие ресторанчики и супермаркет. Отличный отель за нормальные деньги.

There is a lot of bad things there. We were checked in the room without bed for my son (were selected 2 adults and 9 y.o. children). When I tried to ask for a different bed, the front desk told me they couldn't help me because if I didn't include children in my booking, she couldn't do anything. But, as I wrote above, I indicated both the child and his age. When I was able to prove this (which in itself is already amazing and outrageous), and we found all the information in their printout, we were moved to another room. Apparently, this room was used by guests with animals and was not cleaned. The beds were rumpled, the blankets were poorly made, the floors were not vacuumed, and the bathroom smelled of cat feces. One chair was broken (my son fell into it when he sat down), the curtain was torn a little, and there was no shower gel. I really wanted to sleep after traveling 1000 kilometers, and in the morning we had to get up early, and this apparently was the best that they could offer us here. There were no other hotels nearby. In the morning the breakfast was of questionable quality. The cafe employee met us and left and there was no one to ask anything. For example, I never found milk, I had to take it out of the coffee machine. The rest was conditionally normal, but... There were few people, and there seemed to be little food. It was also quite difficult to speak English at the reception; only every second person knew it well.

Excelente espaço, hotel moderno e com óptimas condições, quartos e todo o espaço limpo, boas refeições e funcionários simpáticos. Hotel localizado em zona tranquila. Boas áreas de lazer e entretenimento no exterior. Recomendo
