Shuttle to Airport a Challenge

Well located and a great modern designed hotel a short distance to Malpensa airport. Our stay was during their "soft-opening," so hopefully some of the issues will get worked out. The biggest was the shuttle. Only one shuttle leaves every thirty minutes, and can only take 6 passengers. On a busy Monday morning at Malpensa, two other passengers had to wait, and probably missed their international flight. The shuttle also left ten minutes late. Make your reservation for a shuttle early and be prepared to pay a pretty hefty fee of 10 euros per person. The hotel itself is well designed with great rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Good bar but only mediocre food for dinner. Overall, a good experience though.

Our trip was during Milano design week and because of this, lobby was really loud due DJ. It was but challenging to check in when both me and persons behind the desk had difficulties to hear. But it was just a special event and usually lobby is not that loud. Restaurant was nice, serving was fast and food was good. Room was clean, spacy and with lovely view to field where shepard dogs were working with heard of cattle. Close of airport but surrounded with nature!

This is a beautiful, new hotel with great design, so close to the airport. The patio is just amazing. Breakfast was nice with a good quality products (for example taleggio cheese, which I have not found in other hotels for breakfast). Breakfast experience was complemented by perfect cappuccino made by Giorgia. I definitely come back and hope that pool will be open soon.
