We regret that the room allocated did not correspond to the one you expected and apologize for any disappointment this may have caused. We also understand your remarks regarding the absence of in-room amenities such as a kettle with tea and coffee. Your feedback has been noted as we continue to enhance our guest experience. Regarding the view from your room, the works you observed are part of the hotel's roof restoration following the damage caused by **Cyclone Shido**. These essential repair works are temporary and are being carried out to restore the property while ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sincerely sorry for the difficulties you encountered during your stay. We particularly regret the room allocation errors you described. Such situations do not reflect the level of service we strive to provide, and we fully understand the inconvenience caused by being assigned an occupied room and the subsequent duplication of room allocation. Regarding your departure, we would like to clarify that our reception desk opens at 6:30 a.m. In addition, invoices can be sent by email whenever necessary, allowing guests to receive their documents without having to wait at the front desk. We regret that this solution was not implemented in your case and understand the impact this had on your schedule and your ability to attend your meeting on time. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken seriously and will be shared with the relevant teams in order to reinforce our procedures and prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
