Overpriced basic hotel

Less than a 3-star hotel and more like a motel. the only good thing about this hotel was the very nice lady manager and reception staff who were very friendly but that’s about it. Hotel room is extremely basic: 1- No room service for food 2- The only restaurant in the hotel is pretending to be some high-class restaurant. Eden restaurant have no simple/normal food options. So, if you’re hungry after sunset for some normal food you have to drive or take a taxi into unsafe neighbourhoods 3- Restaurant manager rude and unfriendly as if he is running a restaurant in Paris. 4- No drinking water bottles in the room 5- No facial tissue box in the room. 6- Housekeeping don’t even replace empty shower gel everyday. 7- You only get 1 medium towel, 1 bath towel and nothing else. 8- Lighting in room is bad 9- Hotel parking is in the dirt and sand outside the gate 10- Some random dog just hangs around the hotel near the pool 11- Breakfast is quite basic like motels in US 12- There is a very high chance your credit card details will be compromised at the hotel because as soon as I got home I had to lock my card due to fraudulent transactions. The Ibis styles hotel is more like camping than a hotel stay. The hotel is not worth your money and only advantage is that it’s close to the airport.

When I approached your reception desk I made it clear I am hard of hearing. The receptionist on the left showed no sympaty. Binti did.The one in question knows not the notion of service with a smile. There were serious issues about helth and safety: an unlocked door leading to next door room; window was stuck in case of fire; No information in the room about WiFi, you have to go down; telephone to contact reception was dead; No information to contact reception displayed in room; the shower has a design falt and makes a swimming pool in the whole bathroom.

The hotek is comfortable, clean, and the service is good. The restaurant, although, has very limited choices and the food is not fresh. very dissapointing.
