I have sent 2 emails regarding our $30 Luxury Escapes credit not being applied on checkout and have not received a reply regarding my enquiry. ( I used the email address in my tax invoice)

We felt welcome as we were offered complimentary breakfast and an upgrade owing to my platinum member status. The room had bubbly and treats to welcome us, which was lovely. We have always enjoyed our stays at Movenpick Hobart. But there were three things different this time, that could be improved. Firstly, in our previous stays, we found the reception staff very warm, conversational, and interactive. This wasn't the case in our recent stay. Although staff were professional, the warmth and interpersonal conversation was absent. This isn't a complaint, but rather an observation of what made Movenpick Hobart stand apart in our previous stays. Secondly, while we've always enjoyed chocolate hour, we've found this increasingly not enjoyable as long queues of people crowd around a couple of plates of treats, making the experience not dignified or relaxed. If there is any way you could do chocolate hour differently and special for hotel guests, that would be welcome! Thirdly, we found the breakfast service not as good as previous times in terms of food quality and promptness of refreshing the self-service breakfast items. That said, let me reiterate that we enjoyed our stay and will be returning! I only provide this feedback because we appreciate Movenpick Hobart and want it to keep being a destination venue. Thank you for your hospitality!
