Warm greetings throughout the hotel, efficient check-in, friendly staff, room well appointed with great views, great F&B offerings and to top it off one of the best roof top pools in Singapore.

good location, but there is something frustrating that I won't consider go there again. 1.Checked in for a three-night stay. Day two, we get back to find our disposable slippers was mistakenly cleaned u. 2.Hit up the front desk for replacements. Got something unexpected – high-quality, leather-bottom slippers instead of the regular flimsy ones. 3.Not long after, another staff member shows up with the standard thin disposable slippers. He was surprised to see us in the thick slippers and propose to return and exchange for thick slippers but we refused. 4.The different treatment for what should be a standard request has us wondering: does this hotel have some kind of guest profiling going on, with uneven service standards？

Average quality hotel in excellent location. Many items not in or not refreshed in room such as tea, milk, shower caps etc. Dessing gowns removed from room for some reason! the service quality in Cristina was unbelievably slow with coffee once prepared left standing for some time before delivery-to charge for service in this restaurant is shocking. We would recommend the hotel for location but no other reason.
