Deixo aqui minhas considerações pelo recepcionista Guilherme e Patrick e a Priscila, muito generosa e sempre pronta a ajudar, nos reservou um quarto maravilhoso com uma vista perfeita. Bad Conservation

Hotel has very bad conservation. The swimming pool is disgusting and does not work. The sauna is the same. The gym is falling apart, it has dust everywhere, and no one cleans it ever. One of the treadmills does not work. One of the glasses of the gym window is broken. The room looks dirty and the entrance to the parking lot is also with a broken door in both the entrance and the exit. I am looking for a better place to stay. Even the IBIS besides the Mercure is much cleaner and nicer. You should remove the swimming pool from the description of the hotel. The photos are just a scam.
