We stayed in an XL ocean view room for five nights. There is a bit of road noise, but forewarned by other reviews we took earplugs so the noise did not bother us. The room was great and the bed was very comfy. Great breakfast, and the rooftop pool is a great place to relax. A free guest laundry is a nice bonus. Oh, and the staff were all lovely. Would definitely stay again.

This is a smaller, modern and design-forward hotel opposite Kuta Beach. Rooms are attractively and cleverly designed, if a little dark, and if you're looking for hotel near Kuta Beach, the location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the laundry service very reasonably-priced. Accor ALL loyalty is well recognised through room upgrades, welcome drinks and amenities, late checkout, and free breakfasts. I would not hesitate to stay here again if looking for a hotel in this location.

Me and my husband had a happy and very satisfying stay. All the staff were very friendly, always smiling & helpful. Special mention goes to Gabby, Diah, Dwi, Adit, Nanda, Dika, the 2 Lobby Cafe gents, the Lobby general staff or gents & hotel security staff at the hotel entrance. All were nice people.
