Mauvaise expérience que ce soit au niveau de la qualité du petit déjeuner vu son prix, à l’horaire à laquelle le thé et le café sont retirés alors que le buffet est toujours ouvert La propriété des chambres est très mauvaise: miroir jamais essayé, sol jamais aspiré, serviettes qui manquent tous les jours Et l’odeur des chambres est très mauvaises : ce sent le renfermé, le moisi Très mauvaise expérience et la pire de ma vie La propreté des appartements est scandaleux au point qu’on a voulu annuler la réservation ( avec les preuves en photos de la saleté du mobilier)

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner au Swissotel Al Murooj plus longtemps que prévu. C’est un magnifique hôtel proche du Dubaï Mall, de Burj Khalifa et Burj Park. La direction, l’ensemble du personnel sont aux petits soins, très professionnels et attentifs. Les chambres sont grandes et belles et la literie exceptionnelle. Super spa, salle de gym, piscines… La cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse. Merci pour votre accueil et à bientôt
