This is my second stay with this property. I love it. This property might be out of nowhere but the staff has made my staff so complete even without getting out of the hotel. Actually there are activities happening around the property but I am contended with the staff interaction. Staff like Ms. Jo (Guest Experience Manager and Ms. Huyen (GRO) have made my stay so complete. I love their Admiral Lounge and enjoy good service from Ms. Hang and Ms. Kieu. Also met up with Chef Long who has churned out good food from their Bounty Restaurant and their Black Pearl Menu. I also met the energetic GM Michael and new F & B Manager. Good clean comfortable room and well prepared amenities. Will be back
