Room and hotel was very good. Really appreciated the welcome amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend not allowing children in the top pool as this takes away from the experience of other guests. Also, I’ve never had to wait to enter breakfast before at any Accor hotel, especially as a platinum member.

This was a great break from the city and is one b of our go- to hotels. I particularly liked the changes made to the Executive Lounge- the food was delicious. As always the pool was great, as were the staff.

An incredible property - one of the best

We stayed here for 3 nights and to say we were impressed by the property and staff is an understatement. The resort decor is amazing and so thoughtfully decorated. We loved our room and enjoyed spending time at the pool. I had a massage at the spa and it was one of the best I’ve ever received. The staff also arranged for a private birthday celebration for my niece’s birthday which was incredible. The attention to detail with the colour of the balloons and decorations (which we didn’t expect at all) was such a nice and personal touch. The food was delicious and the restaurant has an array of options available. The executive lounge had a variety of great selection of drinks and snacks to choose from. I highly recommend this resort for a a few nights to getaway and relax. The area around has a number of restaurants and bars. They are developing the surrounds to offer an array of entertaining experiences as well. The town is about a 20 minute drive from the resort.
