tolong diperhatikan untuk akses internet atau wifi... apakah IT sering cek kestabilan jaringan ditiap kamar? internet dipakai kerja saja tidak bisa...konek 5 menit putus lagi... padahal sudah memakai perangkat yang terbaik

The worst part was when the water in the dispenser ran out at night (5th Floor, my room 536). When I called the operator to refill the dispenser, there was no answer. Spending the night in the hotel in a thirsty condition. Very bad.

Exceptionally well but the window at the Smoking Level I was at couldn't be opened due to safety/security reasons. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. I was very happy with how I was served due to my medical reasons. Thank you so much

I enjoy stayinf at the hotel but the breakfast was really bad for me not like Fave Hotel before. Please improve on your breakfast which should be covered well, keep it warm, and have more varieties to choose from. Thankyou
