At Mercure Rockhampton, we strive to ensure each of our guests have the best possible stay and we want them to feel comfortable and welcome, however it's apparent in this case that we fell short. I do apologise that your room did not have a microwave but I am pleased to see that we were able to provide one for you. We could have provided additional hangers if there were not enough in the wardrobe, our team is available 24 hours and happy to assist.
