The experience was amazing. It was great. Patrick has received as very well. And we were very happy at our stay. The only thing that was not very good, was at the exit. I told Fabio that I had took 2 nespressos as Patric told us was a bonus.. and He, without check in the system.. told me that He will see if that was true. I felt a little bit embarrassed. A the end he verified that that was true, but I believe He could avoid that by just looking at the system before doubting me.. I did not like that.. but the overall experience was amazing.

I had a really bad experience with services: laundry (my clothes were not taken to service without any explanation); food available in the restaurant was not really healthy; people at the reception services were really "tired", no forces to explain anything or to move to do something to help.

Room was comfortable, I was glad to see the bathroom had a good quality hair dryer. I was grateful the room was setup for making coffee/ heating water. Room was well lit. Lobby has a nice restaurant and a bar area. Main reason I did not rate the hotel higher is that the second night of my stay, the hotel restaurant was closed but there was no warning or notice ahead of time.

It was only one night, but the hotel is really good. Comfortable, clean and new. The only room for improvement would be the Check In/Check out procedures - to be a bit faster.
