We are especially disappointed to hear that, despite having informed our team of your celebration, you did not feel that this special milestone was sufficiently acknowledged. Staff very friendly. Food is very limited for vegetarians. Getting hot water to make tea in the room is a significant challenge for this hotel. There should be kettles in every room for a five star hotel. This became very annoying. The menu of room service could not be found as the information in the room was outdated. The Spa and massage were great. Location is fine for a city trip. Limited outdoor locations to sit or relax. View from the room on the harbour was limited by trees and buildings. Room itself was very good. All in all content but not entirely and the price was therefor too high.

Our experience was very disappointing and, unfortunately, did not feel personalised at all. We mentioned at check-in that we were celebrating our special 25th wedding anniversary, and given the hotel was not fully occupied, we had hoped there might be some recognition of the occasion, perhaps even a room upgrade. However, nothing was mentioned or offered, which was disappointing for such a significant celebration. We had also booked a table on our first evening at the rooftop restaurant specifically to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Again, we had hoped that the occasion would be acknowledged and that we might be given a particularly nice table. Unfortunately, no table had been reserved for us in any meaningful sense, and we were simply seated at an available table. These details may seem small, but they made a significant difference to what was supposed to be a very special and memorable stay. We had communicated the importance of the occasion, yet there was no sense of recognition or personal attention throughout our experience. Aside from its convenient location, we did not find the hotel itself particularly special, and overall we were very disappointed with our stay. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a much more thoughtful, attentive and personalised experience, especially when celebrating such an important milestone

We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a great central location, and our Loft Suite was absolutely stunning — spacious, luxurious, beautifully designed and very clean. Loved the welcome fruit basket. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, which was a perfect spot for sundowners and the marina views, and the wellness area was lovely for a relaxing afternoon break after exploring Cagliari. The only areas that could be improved were the service and assistance with luggage, which was quite poor for a hotel of this standard. Customer service overall felt fairly average rather than exceptional, and at times the lifts were frustratingly slow. That said, we really enjoyed the beautiful accommodation, location and facilities and had a very comfortable stay.

We loved the location of the hotel. The staff were amazing, really helpful and patient with our poor attempts at pronunciation! Our room was big, clean and the air conditioning was really good too. Breakfast was great - lots of choices. The rooftop pool area was gorgeous, unfortunately some guests thought it was ok to put towels on all the shaded loungers and then go out all day and not use them - but that is not a complaint against the hotel at all, although it may be something to manage in the future. We went to the beach club a few times - this was also stunning - although a bit further away than we anticipated, it was well worth it.

As I order a 100 Dollar bottle of Red wine, drink half and I can't have the it next evening but must drink it at once or leave it...👎 Valet parking excellent 👍 But only insist on it when booking and threaten to cancel the booking if there is no valet parking 👎 The beefsteak TOMAHAWK is in reality simply a bistecca fiorentina 🤣 making a difference in a stressed ridiculous way.

We spent a very pleasant week here in early September. Lovely room on the third floor. Particularly enjoyed the pool area and breakfasts. Location was excellent. Linkup with the beach club was very good as was the provision of towels for swimming. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was very good and we are glad we made the booking. From the check-in to the room and service, everything was impeccable. The room was perfect in every detail, with all with needed, and clean. Just a note for the swimming pool, very small and slightly underwhelming. We also didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as 27euro per person (adults and 3yo child) per day is excessive, no matter the budget.

The kindness and generosity of the reception team to upgrade our room was amazing. Friendly professional service throughout the hotel, including the rooftop bar and breakfast choice and service. The car valet service was outstanding and allowed us to relax knowing the car was safe. We highly recommend this hotel.
