I was made to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. I loved the spa, the cuisine, and the ambiance and modern design of the property and its rooms. Only two bottles of water were provided during a six-night stay. I moved to Doglio afterwards. where unlimited water is offered daily. in modern hospitality, I suggest you consider providing these small, low-cost items to improve the overall guest experience.
