Beautiful resort with great swimming pool and padel court. Food was good and the service outstanding. Room for improvement: Communication is a big problem as the resort never answered our calls, even after numerous attempts. Also, when we used the Booking.com chat option with the resort, they answered a few questions and then stopped responding.

Everything about our stay at Shaden Resort in AlUla was truly unforgettable. The location is breathtaking—surrounded by majestic rock formations and desert landscapes that make you feel completely immersed in nature. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a balcony that offered an absolutely stunning view—especially during sunset. Waking up to such a peaceful and scenic environment was a highlight of our trip. The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.
