The infrastructure of the hotel is very old and not well maintained. You can see old towels, carpets, sunbeds, jacuzzi is falling apart, the wardrobe in my room had a creaking door. I would never pay the 600 eur a night for something like this. It’s a shame, given the prime location. The food was very good though.

The breakfast selection was very well done, fresh and fantastic. The staff working in the breakfast area work hard and deserve to be complimented. It was beautiful sitting outside for breakfast but some umbrellas outside over these tables would certainly improve the atmosphere and comfort of diners. Swimming pool area needs some improvement. Some tiles are starting to break and need repair. It was often very hard to get a towel and the music that was playing at the pool was streaming from a staff member’s phone - the music continued to drop out from buffering/streaming and played regularly advertising (as there was no music subscription). At one point “Hilton Hotels” were being advertised during music over the speakers at the pool of this Accor hotel (I’m sure this is not what Accor wants). It was also very hard to order any food and drinks at the poolside. They only had one QR code for a menu, which wasted a lot of time for kitchen staff running around taking orders, delivering food and taking payments. It would be much better if the QR codes could order directly to your table/umbrella from the kitchen and make payments immediately. This would be much more efficient for your staff and improve their efficiency and customer service. I saw other guests waiting VERY long times for any service poolside. Also the phones in our room tended to drop out if we were calling reception or housekeeping. This was quite frustrating and again wasted the time of staff as communication via the room phones. Would usually take 2-4 phone calls to achieve the desired conversation. The resort itself is in a beautiful location and has a lot of potential. The road surface into and around the hotel does need replacement as it causes a lot of dust, is uncomfortable to drive on and does not give the appearance of a well looked after/ luxury resort. The road surface into the resort gives a bad first impression. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope this feedback can help make this a truly brilliant resort.
