Overall, the experience was wonderful, and the Saudi staff were the highlight of the stay. They were incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made the atmosphere feel warm and enjoyable throughout my visit. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. The only issue I noticed was with the restaurant supervisor, whose way of interacting with the staff sometimes felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness, which slightly affected the overall atmosphere of the resort. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Shaden Resort is just amazing. The place and surroundings are so beautiful! Great location, great room, all the amenities are making the stay unforgettable! Big plus for the sky cinema. Breakfast service is excellent and staff is very helpful. Perfect!
