I went to take a shower at around 10PM when I noticed that there was no hot water. I called the Front Desk and informed the lady what was going on. She sent a technician to the room who started checking the water heater and told me that he needed to gain access inside my room 30 minutes later to see if he could trigger the unit to make it work . As promised he came back and told us that the unit was not fixable. I decided to skip my shower and take it in the morning with the agreement that the unit was going to be repaired through the night and I will have hot water in the morning when I got up as I was checking out early the next day. Later on the technician informed me that I needed to move to another room at that time of the night if I wanted to take a hot shower the next morning. I requested to speak to a Manager and here is where Mr. Shaker gets in the scene. I told him that he could leave me a key so that I could take a shower in the morning at another room and I didn’t have to move rooms at that late time of the night which was an inconvenience.. He refused to give me a key for the other room and instead offered to bring me the key and escort me at 7 AM to take a shower in that other room, but we will had to be accompanied by someone at all times invading our privacy at that early hour of the morning until we were finished to go back to our original room and check out. After I ask him, why was the reason that he was doing this, he clearly stated that I had only paid for one room not, not two! I answered back at him that yes, I have paid for one room, but my room included hot water. At 11:30 PM I was forced involuntarily to move to the other room that was given if I wanted to be able to take a hot shower the next day. His response back was very unprofessional and showed how much he lacked the skills to be a Manager and a problem solver on the spot. As an ACCOR Member I was appalled, and felt completely mistreated.

Mobile network not working and provided WiFi network also not good as observation

It was a truly beautiful and dreamy experience, and every part of this resort was upgraded beautifully. I hope I can stay here again and enjoy refreshing moments with my loved ones and All the staff at this resort were amazing both in their behavior and their professionalism. They provided excellent service in every way Thank you so much amazing team 💌

Good service, nice meals, acceptable fitness facilities.
