The rooms were not as per photos. The furnishing and room conditions were very poor. The bathrooms were very low standards and smelly. Smell kept creeping up from the sewer drain and flys kept coming out. One of the rooms did not have a proper shower built. It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom. It was a huge shame that the room conditions were so poor compared to the natural setting the whole resort was placed in. We booked two rooms. One room was barely of a 3 star condition. Most holiday inns would have a better room. The other room would be a 2 star hotel at best. This was far below the standard or condition of any hotels we have stayed in. Overall the experience was very poor we just accepted our rooms and did not complain as we were too tired from traveling and it was a short stay. Upon check out, the receptionist asked how our stay was. I replied it was disappointing. Instead of asking for feedback, her response was “OK, thank you”

Arrived to early , but got my room by 12 , it’s was quite and clean , except the shower it was dusty and some toiletries were missing !
