Not good experience, we reserve a private villa with private garden, but someone came and sit in it at night !!! We demanded explanation from the general manager, he promised to check the cameras and get back to us, but we did not got any explanation !!! Also we had a problem with shower, it’s suddenly change from hot to cold then hot again every 15 seconds , it was a nightmare to take a shower, we stayed 4 nights, during all this time they were unable to fix it !!! There was a problem with the furniture in the master bedroom with a lot of stains on it, the house keeping they change it and clean it after 2 days ! The restaurant was amazing, the new year party was perfect with different delicious foods The location and the reception employees and the people responsible to make the fire were all very respectful and friendly

First the hotel website doesn’t work so I had to go through agency and found out later its part of All Accor which I am already member. Overall very nice stay . Rooms are nice and clean but it would be good to have some snacks available in the room . Even though it was a business trip , if I was staying with family it would be nice to have some more clear advertising of activities and excursions .

Super luxury resort Shaden Awesome team at Shaden resort. Front office superstar Ashraf got me in few mins. Buggy service inside the resort is very quick and efficient. Rooms super clean.. Date of stay: December 2024
