The booking process went wrong as I have asked only for breakfast but being changed for half board (dinner or lunch) which I both didn’t need/use due to activities already booked in the area. Only last day I had finally clarified that an only-breakfast stay is not possible. If I would have known it at the booking time I would have not stayed.

Hi i have few comments, the toilet in room 149 had a bad smell beside the sink, the shower is too close to the wall. the location of the AC is facing the beds very annoying, the internet doesnt reach the toilet, the spa in below average (jacuzzi very small and low heat), the matress is not soft, light cant be blocked properly if i slept after sun rise.... too many comments to count

Beautiful location and surroundings, extremely peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast options. I loved staying here. Best place I've stayed in AlUla so far. I would recommend to give guests a small map when they arrive, as it can be hard to find your cabin by yourself, and the Health Club is hidden away.

It’s below expectations, low quality of the materials and equipment inside the room, very weak “unprofessional” facility maintenance team. On other hand, the receptionist team are great and helpful.
