Location of the resort was quite good, interior of the room presentation was different and was giving some unique experience.
Staff was quite co-operative especially Mr. Vivek which I was guess was on managerial position to handle the situations.

Shaden is a beautiful property saddled with poorly trained staff, multiple friction points that have not been designed keeping guest experience, a single point of failure getting around the properly without access to “golf carts” that are mysteriously never available and extremely poor restaurant quality

The only thing I didn’t like is that I’ve arrived early around 12:00 PM, the resort was almost empty annd only few families were there. The receptionist would not allow me to do check-in until 3:00 PM. This was disappointing for me.

Location : the property is situated just outside the AlUla town. (15 min drive)
Rooms : spacious and clean with great views. Although I would like to point out there's a faint smell/odor in the bathroom.
Bed : firm, big and comfortable
Breakfast : lot of choices and very tasty.
Activities : pool, gym, jacuzzi, outdoor movie. All make it a pleasant stay.

Our stay at Shaden Resort AlUla was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful setting, the quality of the facilities, and the level of attention to detail throughout the resort. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to create a refined yet relaxing experience, making it a wonderful place to experience the magic of AlUla.
What truly elevated our stay, however, was the exceptional level of service. Saudi hospitality is something genuinely special and, in our experience, very difficult to find elsewhere. It was evident from the very first moment at check-in, thanks to Abdulaziz, who welcomed us with the warmest smile and made us feel immediately at home. His professionalism, genuine kindness, and constant attention to our needs were truly appreciated.
A special mention must also go to Hazel at the Palm Restaurant. She was an absolute pleasure to interact with — incredibly warm, attentive, and always bringing such positive energy. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, and her genuine kindness made our dining experience even more memorable.
The combination of stunning surroundings, first-class facilities, and truly heartfelt hospitality makes Shaden Resort a very special place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.
We look forward to visiting again and witnessing the continued development of Saudi Arabia’s incredible tourism offering. It is exciting to see what is being built here, and Shaden is a wonderful example of the direction in which Saudi hospitality is heading.

We had such a lovely stay at Shaden Resort AlUla, and honestly, the experience exceeded our expectations.
We initially paid for an additional early check-in, but the resort kindly gave it to us complimentary, which was such a nice surprise. We were also celebrating our anniversary, and they prepared beautiful decorations in the room and even included a cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made the occasion feel special. ❤️
Another pleasant surprise was being complimentarily upgraded from the Desert Horizon Room to a Canyon Room. We really appreciated the upgrade and enjoyed the room and the overall atmosphere of the resort.
We also booked the Full Board package, which turned out to be better than we expected. Breakfast and lunch were buffet, with plenty of food and choices. Dinner was à la carte, but the portions were very generous, definitely not the typical small hotel portions you sometimes get with set meals. 😂 We were always satisfied after our meals.
But what really made the stay special was the service. Everyone we encountered was so accommodating and attentive, and you could really feel that the staff genuinely cared about making guests comfortable.
A special thank you to Malak from Reception, Lyn from the Spa, and Maybelle, Charice, and Alex from F&B. You all made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciate the effort and hospitality.
Overall, we had a wonderful anniversary stay. The complimentary early check-in, room upgrade, anniversary setup, generous food, and most importantly, the amazing service made this a very memorable experience.
Definitely recommended, and we would love to come back! ❤️

We had the best weekend at Shaden Resort. No photos or videos we saw before our arrival could capture the actual breathtaking beauty of the area. On arrival our room was upgraded and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts at La Palma were delicious. Our room was very comfortable, right next to the family swimming pool. We had a very relaxing weekend.

Incredible location, set amongst the beautiful landscape of Al Ula; the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, and there were plenty of activities to keep people entertained! Breakfast was great too. This was one of my most treasured experiences!
