Beautiful setting, and staff were delightful. I thought the breakfast selection was very good. The Spa was fine, and staff lovely, but the changing rooms and ladies facilities do not have the quality/luxury of a 5 star hotel. Nowhere to sit and dry hair or do make up and layout odd. Also no cold water option when going from Sauna. It would be nice to be able to see the lovely view from the spa. I was travelling alone and got board. The gym equipment was all great, and I was lucky to have the gym to myself. Not sure i'd feel as comfortable if there were men in there.

A breathtaking location! We stayed in a private pool villa, and the rooms were enormous. For our family of six, it was great having three bathrooms and a mini kitchen. Almost every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally kind and helpful. Room service was tasty and fast. A few areas for improvement: the king mattress in the villa is not up to Accor standards - very uncomfortable. The breakfast, while expansive, needs some improvement. One staff member ignored my wife in the breakfast area, even when she spoke to him several times. Another staff member removed our Room Service tray during room cleaning, but then left it outside the door for more than 24hrs, during which animals got into the leftovers. The pool tiles are coming off in both the private and the main pool. Overall, it is a beautiful property. For the summer season, I think lowering the price a bit would lead to higher occupancy. We would return to the property. We were greeted with warmth, given a welcome drink, and escorted to our rooms by very kind and helpful staff. We are thankful we had the chance to stay at the beautiful Shaden resort.

Location of the resort was quite good, interior of the room presentation was different and was giving some unique experience.
Staff was quite co-operative especially Mr. Vivek which I was guess was on managerial position to handle the situations.
