We stayed at the Shaden Resort for only one night in the Deluxe room. What a great surprise as we have been upgraded to a villa :) It was an amazing stay! We were welcomed with fruits upon arrival, such a thoughtful gesture! Our room had an extraordinary view! We greatly appreciated the hotel’s location, the magnificent dinner and breakfast buffet. The food was truly excellent. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I have never seen such a high quality service and truly nice people. We requested a taxi from the hotel for our trips in Al Ula. We had an amazing driver, ‘Captain Hamdan,’ who took us to all the tourist attractions and even acted as a guide by providing us with lots of information about the region! I recommend him 1000%. I hope to return to Shaden Resort one day!

loved the stay but billing issues

hi we loved the stay. but we were charged twice. once at Accor website and once at the hotel. even though we told the lady we had paid already she didn't allow us to proceed. she was kind but we ended up paying twice. we tried calling the hotel since for refunds and haven't been able to reach anyone. pls refund us for the second payment asap

The location is perfect The rooms are perfect for a big group, they are not for a romantic or relaxing setting. Good breakfast, could be improved Beautiful scenery and landscape, the perfect spot for someone who wants to immerse in Alula Helpful staff very cooperative

The Resort is located amongst the majestic mountains. As the weather was good, I enjoyed the stay both during daytime and night time. It is awesome in the night with lightning done very tastefully. Good choice of food
