Underwhelming, pictures are not reflective of real life. Staff and service is minimal at best and slow.

Price performance just too expensive. Cold pool, film was shown every night but no preparation of place (seating all covered, no-one there to assist, no English), Spa opened early but all steam, sauna was shut down. Area between wonderful environment and houses looked like a construction site in some areas. However , comfortable , clean, always friendly personnel, good breakfast.

Overall room cleanliness and hotel welcoming organization needs improvement. Cards kept being deactivated too. After complained Chef Mohamad Gomaa came to sort things out and he went above and beyond his duties to ensure a good stay thereafter. He stands out and great and exceptional to an otherwise average hotel, especially given the high price.
