I am sorry, however, that other aspects of your stay left you with a very different impression of our hospitality. Regarding the shower temperature in your villa, we fully understand your concern, particularly from a comfort and safety perspective. We also understand why, given the circumstances and the late hour, you chose not to contact us at the time. The matter has been brought to the attention of our Engineering team for inspection and appropriate follow-up. More importantly, I would like to acknowledge your concerns regarding breakfast. You should not have needed to repeatedly seek assistance or question why items being served to another table had initially been described to you as unavailable. Regardless of the reason behind the inconsistency, we understand how this experience could have left you questioning whether the same information and level of attention were being extended equally to all guests. Please be assured that providing consistent, respectful and attentive hospitality to every guest is fundamental to our service standards. Your comments are being reviewed carefully with our Food & Beverage team, both in relation to the clarity of our breakfast offering and the consistency with which it is communicated and delivered. We also appreciate that you raised your concerns with us before departure. Feedback of this nature should provide us with an opportunity to listen, understand and take meaningful action, and we are grateful that you have given us the opportunity to do so.
