Never coming back

The only wow factor about this hotel is the first impression of the room and the rock pool. Other than that the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Staff who act like every request is a massive inconvenience and the worst food I’ve ever had at Saffron restaurant. In all fairness the service in the restaurant was good but the front desk, spa and all the buggy operators were very rude or unhelpful. This property is vast and well maintained but has no soul or personality, a massive difference to Habitas which is way better.

Amazing Experience.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. The hotel surprised us with a villa upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The service was beyond excellent—everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel itself is breathtaking, with stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway! I also tried the restaurant ‘Hara’, and while the staff was fantastic and the croissants were excellent, with a great selection of delicious jams, the restaurant itself did not meet expectations. I tried breakfast there—the French toast was a bit soggy, and the egg dishes were just average. However, the biggest disappointment was the coffee. It wasn’t specialty coffee, there was no latte art, and the cup itself didn’t even feel like a proper coffee cup. The taste was very basic, almost like instant coffee, which is not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel.
